Thanks for the tip, also i have this: Royal Netherlands East Indies Air Force
The Royal Netherlands East Indies Air Force (Dutch: Koninklijk Nederlands-Indisch Luchtmacht) is the military aviation branch of the Netherlands East Indies Armed Forces. It was founded in 1915 as the "Test Flight Service" (Proefvliegafdeling-KNIL, PVA-KNIL). In 1921 it became the "Aviation Service" (Luchtvaartafdeling-KNIL, LA-KNIL), before finally becoming the Royal Netherlands East Indies Air Force on February 19th 1941. All four Vliegtuiggroepen (fighter groups), one Verkenningsgroep (reconnaissance group), one Opleidinggroep (training group), one AEWACS-groep (AEWACS-group) and one Tranportgroep (transport group) which make up the Royal Netherlands East Indies Air Force have their main bases located on the island of Java but Afdelingen (English: squadrons) also operated from several airfields spread across the Netherlands East Indies. VliegtuiggroepI Vliegtuiggroep based out of Andir airfield, Bandoeng - Java

1e Afdeling (1-VLG-IV) equipped with 13 Fokker D-24I Tornado Jet fighters. 2e Afdeling (2-VLG-IV) equipped with 13 Fokker D-24I Tornado Jet fighters. 3e Afdeling (3-VLG-IV) equipped with 13 Fokker D-24I Tornado Jet fighters. Ve Vliegtuiggroep (VLG-V) based at Semplak airfield, Buitenzorg - Java
1e Afdeling (1-VLG-V) equipped with 13 Fokker D-24I Tornado Jet fighters. 2e Afdeling (2-VLG-V) equipped with 13 Fokker D-24I Tornado Jet fighters. 3e Afdeling (3-VLG-V) equipped with 13 Fokker D-24I Tornado Jet fighters. VerkenningsgroepVerkenningsafdeling 1 (VkA-1) at Tjikembar airfield - Java

26 Fokker D-24R (operational trainer) Tornado Jet fighters. AEWACS-groep
AEWACS afdeling 1 (AEWACS Squadron 1) at Kalidjati airfield - Java 6 Fokker F34 Sentinel (used for border patrol and fitted with side-looking radar beneath the fuselage) and 8 Fokker F38 Eagle Eyes (airborne early warning aircraft). Tranportgroep Tansportsafdeling 1 (TA-1) at Tjililitan airfield, Batavia - Java
15 Fokker F34 Troopships. Tansportsafdeling 2 (TA-2) at Tjililitan airfield, Batavia - Java
9 Lockheed C-130 Hercules (entered into service in 1960).gr Is there a particular reason II Vliegtuiggroep has only one squardon and I Vliegtuiggroep has two while the remaining fighter groups all have three? I took it of from this site: Dutch Air Force Order of Battle in the Dutch East Indies, 30 November 1941, so i think they just stayed the same over a period of 40 years, ore should we add one ore two squadrons.

No military stays the same for fourty years, especially not during the Cold War. I think it would be designed around a very defensive role, focusing on interceptors, anti-missile and anti-shipping warfare to best fight back against a potential Japanese invasion.

But i do wonder, what is the use for No. 311 Fighter/Bomber Squadron as they only need to get Mark-3 spatial torpedoes delivery airborne as it has almost unlimited range, would a missile base armed with Mark-3 spatial torpedoes somewhere in the Netherlands not be more useful.

That Depends on how much you want to be able to survive a pre-emptive strike I presume. If you want to Ensure that they even survive a nuclear strike I think it would be best to hide them in missile silo or base them from a cruise missile submarine would be best I think.

One Thing I have thought about is that maybe Tatcher would be willing to go to war against Argentina if she knew they were going to attack and that Britain would end up winning the war. For her this would be an excellent opportunity to gain Prestige and prove that the Royal Navy is still a powerfull navy instead of the second-rate power everyone Will have written them off as since the Suez Crisis.

Nice one eurowatch . Thank you. I imagine Edelgard to be a strict and agressive captain who always wants to get into the most dangerous assignments, much to the constant horror of her XO.

What is going to happen to Hong Kong in this scenario? Will Great Britain be fine With handing it over to China-Nanking when they know that the alternative might be a war?
