If you mean the one With the ponytail and hair that looks blue due to lighting that is Reina Kousaka, the main character's love interest from Sound! Euphonium. I meant the blue-haired one with an e on her hair. |

She doesn't appear any Movie or the like but a previous incarnation of her did star in a trailer. |
