Well that sounds distinctly worrying. The old question Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? comes to mind here. Who watches section 29?

Knights of the Round Table | The Order 1886
Now that seems an interesting scenario. Can the order reform itself and prevent its purpose being [more?] corrupted. What are the secrets of the half-breeds, who are obviously more than wild beasts, of blackwater and what happened to the king?

Well if there are rumors that work on a sequel is being made, and i think the fate of the king will be explain in it. The 1886 wiki has a good article about the Half Breeds

Missed this one earlier. Obvious parallels with imperial Germany under Prussia although without the clear defeat of OTL or any reference to other neighbours. Sounds like some element of role play in the game as the player seeks to prevent or encourage a coup by reactionary elements bent on a return to autocracy and probably also war. Of course even if the higher ranking officers were to support such a move its far from certain the rank and file or even many of the lower level officers will.
Presuming for the sake of the game it prevents development of more efficient war machines, using oil rather than steam and wheels/tracks rather than walkers as against a prepared late WWI army such units would be extremely vulnerable given their very high profile and the many exposed joints which would be a serious weakness.

Well that completes the initial three powers with a 'Russia' that survived WWI but gravely weakened socially even if it gained lands. Also with a relatively liberal and competent Czar, now caught between reactionary and revolutionary power blocs. Furthermore this Russia still has Alaska which could make for some interesting differences. As well as possibly internal nationalities struggling for more say if not freedom. if only the Crimean tartars are mentioned.
Also got mention of other powers in the world, a Nordic bloc in Scandinavia, a Japanese Shogunate and 'distant' Albion. Sounds like their planning to introduce other powers over time.
Noticing that each nation seems to have OTL feral animals playing a role where they seem to have been tamed, the bear for Poland, wolf for Germany/Saxony and tiger for Russia.
