Nice and good stuff there Brky2020, keep up the good work. Do not know if it is a bit off topic, but after seeing Aquaman I start wondering, what if the NCIS of Earth-1 had a female Atlantian as a liaison officer (of royal blood but nobody except the director and the lead agent of the team she was assigned to knowing that facht).

I would think that any liaison officer wouldn't have to be of royal lineage, just attached to the Atlantean navy, or perhaps its intelligence service.
Another question is where the liaison officer would be posted. Atlantis is in the middle of the north Atlantic Ocean; Norfolk, Virginia might be a more natural fit than Washington since Naval Station Norfolk supports US Navy forces in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans and the Mediterranean Sea. It also might be part of the agreement between the U.S. and Atlantis to work/play together as allies.

But her lets say being Aquaman sister/niece makes it interesting, there is a character called Deborah Perkins that is Aquaman half-sister.

That story probably doesn't lend itself to a full adventure involving Ms. Perkins/Deep Blue, but that doesn't mean I can't work her in somewhere.

Was only a idea, even if a cameo, she would be a good counterpart to Ziva who was Mossad and daughter of the director of Mossad.

One of my rules is to keep all of the real-life franchises alongside those from DCU cities.
I broke that rule, obviously, with Baltimore.
The Cleveland Browns ITTL did not move to Baltimore; Art Modell sold the team to local interests (not Jimmy Haslam), who made sure the franchise stayed competitive. Baltimore came into the league in 1996, and used the Bombers logo and branding from the group that previously applied for a team in the early 90s.
Much of how the NFL expanded ITTL is the same as OTL.
1967 -- the American Football League (AFL) granted its 10th franchise to Star City in northern California, the team joining as the Stags. 1969 -- the AFL's 12th franchise was granted to Coast City, California as a compromise. With the AFL and NFL merging the next season, the combined league needed a 30th team, and NFL owners made it clear they did not want the new AFL team to come from Philadelphia, Metropolis nor Chicago. Although the city is part of the Bay Area (and technically in the territory of both the AFL's Oakland Raiders and the NFL's San Francisco 49ers), Coast CIty was (and remains) large enough to support a team of its own, and the AFL made sure to compensate Raiders owner Al Davis. 1976 -- the NFL expands to Seattle (Seahawks) and Tampa (as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers) 1995 -- the NFL expands again, to Charlotte (Carolina Panthers) and Jacksonville (Jaguars) 1996 -- the NFL's 35th franchise is the Baltimore Bombers 2002 -- the Houston Texans join as the NFL's 36th franchise
Relocations: 1960 -- Chicago Cardinals to St. Louis (over Midway) 1961 -- AFL's Los Angeles Chargers to San Diego 1963 -- AFL's Dallas Texans to Kansas City (rebranded as the Chiefs) 1982 -- Oakland Raiders to Los Angeles 1984 -- Baltimore Colts to Indianapolis 1988 -- St. Louis Cardinals to Phoenix (rebranded as Arizona Cardinals in 1994) 1995 -- Los Angeles Rams to St. Louis; Los Angeles Raiders moved back to Oakland 1997 -- Houston Oilers to the state of Tennessee, as the Tennessee Oilers; they played in Memphis in 1997, moved to Nashville in 1998, and were rebranded as the Tennessee Titans in 1999 2016 -- the St. Louis Rams moved back to Los Angeles 2017 -- the San Diego Chargers will move back to Los Angeles 2020 -- the Oakland Raiders plan to move to Las Vegas in 2020
A question I see coming: why don't Central City ahd Midway have teams?
Central City is well within the 75-mile Home Territory of the Kansas City Chiefs, and unlike K.C., has only a population just over a million and doesn't have the corporate base to support the NFL -- especially with Kansas City nearby.
Midway also has a population of just over a million in its Metropolitan Statistical Area and was a candidate for the Chicago Cardinals when they relocated in the early 1960s; that franchise chose to move to St. Louis (and, two decades later, to Phoenix). Midway already has three major league teams: the Chiefs (National League, Major League Baseball); the Sprints (National Basketball Association); and the Wolverines (National Hockey League) -- four if you count the USFL's Redbirds.

Has it not been destroyed yet like what happens in the comics No...not on this Earth, anyway. It's happened on an Earth that's like the post-Crisis, pre-Flashpoint DCU...and the U.S. government on Earth-1 took notice. Whether the military's plans to prevent a similar occurrence on Earth-1 would work is...uncertain.
