What I meant, though, was discussing how it is to run one’s own forum—and perhaps being able to get such advice in the process, rather than having that be the main objective. I am, however, open to the idea of setting that sort of thing up in the future, but probably not for a while yet. Well you can do that, but than i think you can place it in the Board Information & Statistics board as that is the place where all discussions concerning running this forum go in, if it is not about this forum but simply running a forum in general then you can place it in General chat.

It's about the latter. Thank you again for the response. I should be able to put that thread up pretty soon.

Here's a pair of (hopefully) non-ASB scenarios for a change:
The first is "When/Where Else Could Classical Economics Have Emerged?", which is to figure out other possible times and places that the "Adam Smith-ian" ideals of economic freedom, self-regulatory markets and opposition to burdensome government meddling could have arisen in the midst of, and had a significant impact on history from then forwards.
The second is "Classical Economics Mainstream In 2018+?", which is for discussing how (if at all) those same ideals could remain the typical, internationally-accepted economic model well into the 21st Century--and perhaps beyond?
Thank you in advance, Zyobot

What about the first one, though? Couldn't classical economics have emerged somewhere else with a pre-1900 POD? The second one, I won't dispute. Thank you.

I have another ASB scenario: "ISOT Question: Downtimers on Social Media?", which is pretty self-explanatory. However, I'm unsure if it's too frivolous to become an actual thread or not?
Thank you, Zyobot

Thank you, Zyobot You can put it in the Frivolous ASB thread, if people discuses it more than one ore two post then you can create a separate thread for it.

What about "Star Wars Characters React to the Franchise", which is yet again self-explanatory. Would this be best suited for the ASB section, the Media Hub or somewhere else?

I know I haven't posted here in a while, but I have another few potential threads about Star Wars. The first one I'd like to ask about is "Separatist Alliance to Original Trilogy?"--which is rather self-explanatory as well as a personally-preferred version of my now-old "Star Wars WI: Separatist Droid Army Never Shuts Down" thread?
Does my proposal belong in ASB, the Media Hub, or somewhere else?
Thank you in advance, Zyobot

I have another proposed forum idea--this time one that most likely belongs in Future History. It's called the "Presently-Copyrighted Works in the Public Domain?", which is self-explanatory and especially meant to discuss future iterations of works that certain people and entities today have the rights to.
For example, we might discuss possible takes on Star Wars that could come about in the late 21st/early 22nd Century, or how Marvel and DC characters might be used it and when those companies no longer have exclusive control over them.
If this thread is appropriate for the forum, where should it go?
Thank you again, Zyobot

What about making a thread titled "The Future of IP Laws?" or something like that, which is pretty self-explanatory? Would such a discussion topic be okay in Future History, or is it more appropriate for Politics and Current Affairs--or some other section of the board that I haven't listed yet?
