Star Trek-Voyager

It still premieres in January 1995 and ends in May 2001. The show doesn't go through many changes during its run. However, in season 4, Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) does not cut her hair short. Instead, she keeps it long and in that ponytail she started wearing in season 3. She keeps it for the remainder of the series' run.

Star Trek-Enterprise

It still premieres in September 2001 and ends in May 2005. The show is called "Star Trek-Enterprise" from the start instead of just "Enterprise", then adding the "Star Trek" part later on.

-During the intro, the cast members all have their respective characters' names labeled under theirs. And Scott Bakula has "Starring" on top of his name. So his credit is "Starring Scott Bakula as Captain Jonathan Archer".
-In season 3, they don't remix the theme. Instead, they continue to use the same version they used in seasons 1 and 2 and just use it for the show's entire run.
-Since the Klingons still look human on TOS, they still have that 2-part episode that explains why they do.  It's to correct a huge continuity error within the series.

Star Trek-The Animated Series:

-No changes to season 1, but season 2 also has 16 episodes like season 1. And it has a third season. It also has 16 episodes.
-Like the original series, all the main cast members are included in the intro.  So the intro/theme is a little bit longer.
-The closing credits are shorter instead of using the whole theme.

EXAMPLE: The 1:43 mark in this video is where the closing credits begin.

The uniforms in "Star Trek-The Motion Picture" through "Star Trek-Generations".

They're not all red. Or in The Motion Picture's case, gray. Instead, they remain true to the TOS colors. So Kirk and Sulu both wear yellow uniforms. Spock and McCoy both wear blue ones. And Scotty, Chekov and Uhura still wear red uniforms. The same applies to all background extras as well.

This applies to "Star Trek-The Motion Picture", Star Treks 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and "Star Trek-Generations". At the least the first part with the Enterprise-B.

So now the second season of Strange New Worlds has ended, and I'm not sure about how they portrayed the Gorn.

They weren't these feral killer beasts in canon and I don't know how they'll reconcile this with the more optimistic ending between Kirk and the Gorn that was shown in Arena.

DS9 had a good end after the end of the Dominion War.

I guess that's another thing that would be different with DS9.  The Dominion War still starts at the end of Season 5, but it continues in seasons 8 and 9.  The Breen still join the Dominion in season 7 in hopes to turn the tide in their favor.  However, they don't do so until the season finale.  And the Cardassian rebellion starts at the end of season 8.  So the war goes on for 4 years.  It still ends in the series finale.

There is one thing I'm glad "Enterprise" did. Address why the Klingons look human in TOS. It may not have been perfect, but at least it's better than nothing.

Persis Khambatta as Lt. Commander Ilia (season 1 and 2)
An old flame from Decker’s past, Ilia is an empath with healing abilities.
Robin Curtis as Lt. Saavik (season 3)
Ilia’s “temporary” replacement (following Khambatta’s injury in a car accident in West Germany). She is half Romulan, which made her an outcast in both Romulan and Vulcan society. Like her mentor Spock, who supported her admission into Starfleet, she often struggles with her emotional half.
David Gautreaux as Lieutenant Xon
Another Vulcan crew member who serves as helmsman.
Majel Barret as Chief Medical Officer Christine Chapel
Former nurse from the original Enterprise who now serves as its doctor.

Meanwhile the following feature films are made:

Star Trek II (1984) Decker and his crew travel back in time to stop renegade Romulans from assassinating John F. Kennedy before he becomes President. Takes place before the series finale.

Star Trek: Titans (1986) Decker and his crew confront ancient beings claiming to be the Titans of Greek mythology.

Star Trek: Prime Directive (1988) Decker and his crew are accused of violating Starfleet's highest law and starting a nuclear war on a pre-warp planet.

Star Trek: Federation (1992) Zefram Cochrane returns, and helps Decker and the crew battle Arik Soong, a fanatic from the Eugenics Wars.

The Star Trek movies with the original cast had different uniforms.  But they were all the same color.  In The Motion Picture, they were all gray.  Then in Star Treks 2-6, they were all red.  But what if they kept the colors of the uniforms from the original series?

So Kirk, Chekov and Sulu wear yellow uniforms.  Spock and McCoy were blue ones.  But Scotty and Uhura still wear red ones.  And this also applies to all background extras as well.  Their uniform colors all vary from red to yellow and blue.

I wish they had done that with the uniforms in the movies.
