AT-ATs (30).
AT-STs (40).
Prefabricated garrison bases (2), this will be verry imprtant for Darth Vader as it allows him to secure a planet and begin his motioning of the Star Trek verse.

Question: which time period does Death Squadron come from, i.e. ESB or ROTJ?

Question: which time period does Death Squadron come from, i.e. ESB or ROTJ? As it has the Executor-class Star Dreadnought Executor part of them, i think after Battle of Yavin and pre-Battle of Hoth.

So, sometime in between ANW and ESB? Got it. Also, in regards to where Death Squadron shows up in the Trek universe, do you have a specific location in mind? I know you mentioned them crossing over through a wormhole, but I'm unsure if you mean the Bajoran one or just a generic wormhole that suddenly manifests itself.

Something remote, what about the neutral zone, with the Federation and the Romulans begin receiving strange report of unknown ships operating there.

Since you mention them in your post, I assume you're referring to the Romulan Neutral Zone? If so, there's a list of specific systems, planets, etcetera that Death Squadron could've been sent to in the ISOT.

Alright, then. Uninhabited and presumably with planets to both harvest resources from and establish facilities around (i.e. shipyards), it seems to be one of the more decent places that Death Squadron could set up shop. The trouble is, what happens if the Romulans notice that something's up over there and decide to check it out--only to encounter an unknown fleet of large, grey, triangular warships tending to their business? Knowing the Romulans, they'll want the intruders to either cease and desist--which almost certainly ain't happening--or force them to do so by military means. And I don't know how Imperial firepower stacks up against that of Star Trek's various main factions.

I thought it was in 2366 that the USS Enterprise-D was sent to the Nelvana System, rather than in 2364 when this scenario takes place?

Very well, then. If we use EckhartsLadder's match-up as a benchmark, then having multiple Star Destroyers that can converge upon the Enterprise-D means a much easier and swifter victory. Then, they can capture, detain and interrogate the ship's crew and passengers for the needed information.

Lets give Death Squadron some time ( a month ore 2) before we send in a Romulan Warbird to investigate strange broadcast coming out of the Nelvana System, the ship is captured by the Imperials with Darth Vader himself interrogating the captain of the Romulan Warbird, so what next.

Not sure. But surely, the Imperials reverse-engineer foreign technologies like transporters and do their best to build their own. Darth Vader, being the mechanic and engineer that he is, would take significant interest in his subordinates' findings when it comes to Trek STEM.

True but i think that the Death Squadron has other things to worry about, as soon as the Romulanans discover that they lost contact with one of their Warbirds, they will send in more than one Warbird to investigate, this of course, if it has not already triggered Federation outposts along the zone might result in the Federation to join the party.
