I fear the simple answer is some form of war. The territory is surrounded by Soviet controlled ones and is going to be unacceptable to them so expect a quick occupation with Moscow probably presenting it as some sort of Nazi controlled state that must be destroyed.
After that it gets more complex as the land was in 1983 Polish but its now largely German with Polish and Jewish populations in W Prussia and Posen so who ends up with it, Poland, E Germany or some partition I don't know. Plus the additional problem of trying to being it up to 1985 levels. Especially important as it lies across the main transport and supply lines for Soviet force in E Germany and a lot of Polish and some Soviet units will have been lost due to the ISOT.
