But it was a dummy torpedo so it would only have caused a hole and no explosion when it hit the Sarushima. Barely that, but untill the authorities investigate the wreck the Harekaze is still assumed guilty of mutiny and in Japan, you are guilty untill proven innocent. True but i it seems he have to wait some more episodes util we now for sure whhat happen and why, but in the mean time i also am following the new Spring anime of Kiznaiver and Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn RE:0096. |

I do not like the game Ace Attorney, saw the first episode of it but it was not for me, if they tried to make a Professor Layton anime, i would watch it. There is a Professor Layton Movie that was decent. But I am not all that fond of the Ace Attorney franchise myself, so I am just considering watching the anime for now. Thanks for showing it to me, did not toughed the made a movie already. |

Watched the first two episodes of Kill la Kill, I have no idea what I just watched besides that it was awesome and half the cast sounded familiar.
As for the latest episode of Haifuri:
- There are appearantly boys-only Schools as well and they man (pun not intended) the submarines. Fitting that worst gender gets most honour-less ships.
-The I-201 seems to follow the general "when Meeting the Harikaze, shoot first, shoot some more and forget the questions" attitude everyone else does. Though at least we get an explanation for it this episode.
-Wilhelmina Braunschweig Ingenol Friedeburg (probably the most German name they could think of) Wakes up, competency on the bridges immediatly doubles. Would have expected nothing less from a German (who may or may not be a member of Prussian nobilty going by the number of names she has).
-It does seem like mind Control and EMPs are being used and somebody is really out to get the marine School.
-Told you that depth charge was going to be used later on.
-The sonar technican reminded me a lot of Yuri Wakasa from School-Life in terms of look and personality.
-Appearantly the studio watched The Hunt for the Red October as a refrence, suddenly the submarine chase makes much more sense.
-Going by the list, it seems the Musashi, Hiei, Teruzuki, Suzutsuki, Isuzu and Isokaze either went rogue or are on the run. Something big is defenitly going on here.
-Minor point, but for being a German, Wilhelmina speaks suprisingly good Japanese. Though she did manage to sneak a F-bomb past censors.

Also already found the wiki for it: High School FleetThat is due to a Combination of Japanese English education being rubbish and the voice acting needing to be understandeble. Sure, Languages like English and German might sound cool to Japanese speakers but no studio is going to go out of thier way to have the Exchange student speak foreign more then they need to. Althought Girls und Panzer der Movie has an Exchange student who only speaks Russian and it is a running gag that Katusyha can't understand her while Nonna can. My Guess right now is that we get an attack next episode, the rest of the fleet shows up to save them and then we get an episode of relaxation to get the tension Down a bit. After that shit start happening again and the Harikaze is back on the run. |
