i can imagine the Shanghaied had alot of episodes and arcs. Or maybe it will run for 1 or 2 seasons. The Second American Civil War isn't that long here. It only lasted for four months. you might expect the Chinese invasion of Taiwan been shown as Taiwan been using all their ballistic and cruise missiles as a one final middle finger to Beijing out of spite on this adaptation. |

It was indeed called the Sino-American War while in DoD circles as Operation Eastern Dawn, which was massive humiliation for the U.S. military. All because President Walsh didn't have the political will to retaliate. To be fair, both Washington and Beijing were scared of the war becoming nuclear. |

To be fair, both Washington and Beijing were scared of the war becoming nuclear. Think that evry country who is a nuclear power is afraid that any war they fight against another nuclear power might end up going nuclear. Correct. So it isn't fair enough to put the blame on President Walsh all throughout. What can be blamed though is how Walsh dealt with the attempts of the West Coast seceding in a very lukewarm way. |
