I'm so happy to see that she has finally come out as gay. But man what a way to end the newest episode. I can say that I would've never thought that the North Koreans were in any way capable of landing a man on the red planet given how this season started with their rocket failing and causing the space hotel to spin and nearly kill everybody. I just wished that there was some sort of clue that they were trying for Mars. I guess we can add them to the mix now though it seems the head of Nasa may soon find herself living in a cell instead of wherever she lives now in 1994.
I also feel bad for Dev if I recall his name right. To have his hopes seemingly killed and replaced because their mission to Mars had something happen is I feel a sad thing to see. There was nothing he could've done about the fact one of his people was using drugs and wasn't really fit for duty. That all happened while en route to Mars. I hope that he somehow regains control as the leader because I would hate to see him go.

Given how I think there is one episode left they will have to justify the fact we now have four parties on Mars. I hope we can get something explaining how they got to the planet without the world finding out. A trip to Mars took weeks. I fail to see a way for them to do that without somebody...anybody finding it odd how there are four balls of light moving to Mars when there should only be three.
If the answer is they started after then the trip would've taken longer and cost more. I don't see why the Soviets would fund their mission given how they would have poured everything into their own rocket. So that implies that the North Koreans have a much-improved space program since the start of the season.

The supreme leader - whichever basket case it is - obviously used his god like powers to stealth the ship against detection by lesser nations. Or simply teleported them there by an act of will.
Given the dire state of the NK economy and system generally and how many months it would probably take for a mission to Mars, let alone does NK have any other space presence - such as a orbiting base/Luna installation so their not doing everything from Earth's gravity well - this sounds like the series is getting less than serious here - pun for once intended.

Have you just exposed yourself as the script written by revealing secrets from the next series?

No, just with the series having jumped the shark, this would be something the FAM produces can think off. Meet the true first person on Mars.

If we already have people not believing real facts in this world it's a safe bet to make we will see people calling this fake news. First off how did they get to Mars without anybody finding out about their plans? How did they make the trip and not have anybody find out? Was that why their rocket failed in episode one...a mission to get ready this their Mars mission?
They need to answer how this was at all possible because right now it seems the show just forced open the door of a million questions.

There is speculation i have read the North Koreans landed in the dust storm that prevented Helios from landing. Also North Korea could have gone a silent run with the North Korean astronaut only to reply if he landed, but the dust storm could have damaged his communication equipment and thus he was unable to send a message back home to say he landed on Mars.

Also, probably his return craft was damaged and probably only wanted a ride back to Earth with the American-Soviet astronauts.

That was most crazy twist of TV History North Koreans on MAARRRRRSSSSS
There proposals on One man Mission to Moon and later return I have no idea if this here is such mission or crazy suicide Mission (by the way why has NKorea nothing say about this ?) final Episode will be Tragic: Popeye can only carry limit of person to Phoenix and one of them is Korean with a Gun...

Well rewatching older episodes there was a news story about them sending an :unmaned: mission to Mars. It could be that was a cover story to get a person on Mars without causing the other three to try harder to get there fist. Otherwise this is a true wildcard move on the show's part.
