The year is 1912. You are an American voter.
There has been a great deal of turmoil in the Republican party, which took a disastrous turn when former president Roosevelt and the Progressive Republicans walked out of the RNC and formed their own party. Democratic nominee Woodrow Wilson has lept at this opportunity and has become the frontrunner.
Debs hopes he can get high enough turnout to influence the election, but previous support for the Socialist party has been too low to realistically hope for victory.

Part of the reason for this is the small voting base, I thought it would funny to have an election with 5 or less voters. |

I am going for the Roosevelt ticket because i believe he is a strong leader. Hopefully the next voter goes for Taft or Roosevelt, I'd hate to end this with a 3-way tie. Part of the reason for this is the small voting base, I thought it would funny to have an election with 5 or less voters. I also hoop that more people vote but it seems that for now it seems to be a tie between Roosevelt and Wilson camps. |

Well, given Wilson's reputation as a die-hard racist and knowing relatively little about Taft [and current not having the time to check] I think I would go for Roosevelt. He's also more reformist and internationally minded that the other candidates so think he would be the best choice for the wider world as well as the US.

Not being the 'great' man himself but having to deal with the mess Jackson made of the economy. Think he was also criticised by Jackson's followers because as the slump deepened he tried different policies to try and resolve the problems created. Steve |

I wonder if Roosevelt when elected president, will he try to meditate in 1914 when war breaks out in Europe or join the British-French side and bring the United States into war. |

He did however undertake many of the Indian Removal policies that Jackson started.
