This is the start of the Spring and Autumn Period in China.
Tibet is 1 mln folks on crappy land. Tibetan army is 10,000+ strong with modern weapons. It can attack any ancient army and win with utter ease

Tibet was 1M people on crappy land. In ~650BC its probably ~10-20M people, most settled in parts of China and ruling just about all E, SE and S Asia.  Of course how long they could keep control of their technological lead and last long enough to build up a large enough population that they don't get extinguished by a more populous neighbour. |

Tibet had hardly any education system at the time. Just monnastic schools. I am not sure if there is anyone in Tibet who knows how to make even gunpowder. So while their conquests are going to be lightning fast, they are going to run into trouble once ammo runs out. |
