note so the secret service activity is being talked about before and after fort sumter. Howell cobbs and secretary of war davis would be exhausted each day along with the VP and the rest of the administration. it isn't easy building a government from scratch yet the csa did with even less competence than this administration. brag is placed in a role training troops as he proves so successful he is in charge of the training of all soldiers beugard is general of charleston,Joe Johnston was eventually appointed general and chief while the secretary of the navy could go to stephen Mallory for the beginning. Te leaders would be going about their routine making a nation as the navy would be building up its forces same goes with the army.the csa treasury had made a lot of revenue selling bonds domisticaall and internationally which would be even more successful as the south has grounds to prepare for war now that lincoln broke buchanons verbal agreement. While northern are not stupid by selling weapons that might be used against them keep in mind many people in the north where sypathic to the south and many believed war could still be prevented if we compromised which this seems to be what's happening in the short while. as both nations are operating peacefully and both are getting more prepared for a possible war. The CSA probably would have more success in the north agreeing to manufacture uniforms 1 it was traditionally and perhaps the most common northern industry 2 it isn't going to kill people rather it prevents gurrelia warfare which this fear is increased 3 the north had some of their militias in grey making uniforms to be sold without even being manufactured first I don't have the answers to everything as I'm not sure of everything I would like to hear feedback ]While I am not they top civil war scholar I try to surround myself with knowledgeable people and sources. while I can imagine many people think I use to many reference sources well is long if people get a general idea lets start with that lincolnLincoln is somewhat disappointed for the fort not being attacked allowing time to be bought up. in 2 weeks and in a matter of days southern California breakaway with strong speculation that possibly more southern counties and states will follow suit. While the upper south calms down on its secessionist fever the coals are remembered. In the time that follows Lincoln notices more weapon purchases and slightly more suspensions in the capital. With the threat of Virginia and Maryland possibly joining the CSA lincoln requested the states to send their militias to help guard the capital from southern partisans as northern intelligence detects an increased threat. With the south becoming having a more apologetic attitude and backing off its hawkish gutsy attitude as howell cobb is asking lincoln for negotiations and clarification on his inauguration address of coercion measures against the south. Lincoln sets down for breakfast skimming over the news paper as the paper has a mixed opinion of the events pointing out lincoln refused to meet up personally with southern diplomats as it would grant legitimacy to the south and reports are shown lincoln's administration ignoring the csa . . Lincoln would probably plan on sending ships to collect revenue and perhaps arrest a few people had they the opportunity to enforce federal laws. in how the war came stamp points out this was already being done and there would be more bills for an increase in naval spending. In actual history before the us army did increase defenses to the capital before virginas session though not to the extent after bull run and virginas partitioned away. Howell cob then allows an opening statement where the csa might be willing to return to the USA including southern California if first and foremost the Missouri compromise is enshrined into constitutional law. the other compromises may include the csa counstional amendments to be added to the USA constitution. southern unions opinions along with ordinary people display that without blood being waivered in our face there may not be a confederacy

confederate crafting of a goverment In congress, the CSA is selecting potential ambassadors for its foreign governments the first being is Francis Wilkinson pickions has ben selected for the csa ambassador pick for the Russian empire James Williams was selected as confederate diplomat before he had even a chance to resign as howll cobb takes quick action. Juhhuda bengam is selected an excellent pick for France, but is too badly needed at home. James chestnut is thought of as a competent pick for Spain while the csa plans to open up relationships with China and Japan now that the orient trade is opened up. Jefferson Davis first expands and mobilizes the army to possible theaters of actions as the port cities are seen as the most vulnerable while troops are ordered to drill drill and drill under brags command. Howell cobb allows emergency funds to go to the critical defense industry as new orleans ship and drydock capabilities are going underway. the creole continues to make charleston his priority while seeing other duties as fort inspector. The one of the most famous bill in the early year in 1861 for the CSA capital to be moved to Atlanta under the advice of general e Johnston for a period of time without the upper joining the csa cobb begins preparing after a majority is finalized in the house. Davis's grand strategy for the generals as secretary of war will be to develop an offensive-defensive strategy. Davis promotion to a major general is being contested while joe Johnston will be placed as general in chief given his strong desire and his invaluable military advice for just a matter of a couple moths and his strong desires to help the csa along with his close calculated desire not to expend soldiers for unwanted territory instead johnston prefers atrittion

Note to the author My apologies for the lack of clarity and spelling errors. This is, at best, a rough draft. Sometimes, I can be scant on details, but please comment or message me with ideas. The confederate cabinet and other leaders selection President Howell Cobbs formed a list of which diplomats should go to different nations Judah, Benjamin to France, Francis Wilkinson Pickens to Russia, Richard Kidder Meade to Brazil, and James Williams agreed to stay in Brazil as the Confederate ambassador while simultaneously the USA diplomat. James Williams decided to stay in the Ottoman Empire as a joint American diplomate until Lincoln removed him. CSA diplomats were sent to the low countries, Italy, Austria, Portugal, and the Orient A probable list that took longer was the diplomat selection to Spain; either William PreMaybe to Spain or James Chesnut would be sent to Spain. Louis T. Wigfall was sent to Canada to represent Confederate interests. Pierre Soule was selected as CSA diplomate and a southern representative sent to the West Indies. Senator RMT Hunter was sent to the German states. Secretary of the Navy George A. Trenholmn, Assistant Secretary of the Navy Stephen Mallory, Secretary of the Treasury Gazaway B. Lamar, Attorney General John Slidell, Postmaster General H Reagan, Commissioner of railroads William M. Wadley's responsibility is to keep the civilian economy operating while the railroads are in service for the war effort. Beauregard's impressive military engineer skills have given him command of coastal defenses in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, and he is in charge of Fort inspections. General and chief of staff (CSA) Joseph E Johnson. They were heavily Cajoled before the separation of Virginia from the Union happened. General Bragg is placed in charge of training troops. Historically, soldiers under Bragg's command in Florida were some of the best-trained soldiers during the Civil War. General Gabrielle Rains is The head of the Torpedo Bureau(the right man for the correct position) As Head of the Torpedo Bureau, he was in charge of producing and using Torpedoes. He was also qualified to help with new Confederate inventions. Gabrielle Rains Was from Virginia but spent most of his time living in the Deep South. Josiah Gorgas, Head of ordnance in reality, managed to keep the Confederate armies well supplied with weapons and ammunition despite the Union blockade, and even though the South had hardly any munitions industry before the war, he was given the difficult task of filling those orders. IN the months after Fort Sumter Lincoln ordered the Union militia to be sent to Washington, known as the federal city, for its protection. During this time, the city police had strict orders to prevent the public from seeing northern militia men crossing the state by railroads. Until one fateful day on April 19, after Lincoln's treatment of Union forts in southern lands. A group of angry Southerners felt invaded as these Union troops would no doubt be used to subdue the South over Lincoln's provocations for war. During the fight, chapters organized in Baltimore by the Secret Service armed with repeating rifles, including the German imported needle gun, fired against the Union soldiers, aiding the civilians who were attacking Union soldiers. Colonel Edward F. Jones ordered his troops to fire at the crowds of protesters in Maryland, killing women and children, many of whom were armed. During this time, with propaganda and rumors spread from the Secret Service, the people of Baltimore rose, attacking the railroads heading to DC. Governor hicks orders the state militia who are on active duty to be neutral, ordering them not to participate in the fight. Unfortunately for the Union, many of these inactive militias became guerrillas fighting the Union troop transports. The Union military that was active under governor hicks was influential in turning around a trainload of soldiers. As fighting continues, governor hicks insist the troops be rerouted using waterways in a telegram, but unfortunately, the capital is cut off. Governor hicks called the legislature for the discussion of the session and many other topics relating to current events that have to be resolved. In the meantime, Governor Butler declared martial law to be more non-Marylanders. the upper south The session convention in Maryland causes Virginia to call for a vote, triggering the southern states into this question. Maryland voted down the session as in actual history, with the convention held in Unionist stronghold Fredrick in western Maryland. In this pod, the state agreed to Governor Hicks's proposal of a league of armed neutrality called the central confederacy, as the state would do whatever it could to avoid civil war. President Abraham Lincoln diffused the hot tension of a possible Maryland session after he received the governor's request that the troops be rerouted. Lincoln superseded Butler's martial law proclamation. The session votes pushed Arkansas into the confederacy as the month prior, on March 4, was a vote of 40–35 with only a few votes needed to enter the confederacy. This misadventure increases sympathy for the border states and the rest of the upper South. This episode hurt the Union's resolve for the war as the artist's depictions show the Union military tuning down the civilians in the chaos. Virginia, although in this tl narrowly the CSA Secretary of War Jefferson Davis beefed up the national army and sent letters to prepare the state governments to prepare their armies as war was on the horizon. The south ports are fortified, creating safe zones for future blockade runners. While the seven cotton states have minimal manufacturing capability, they rely on importing supplies from other countries, including the United States, but most interesting from Pedro the Second Brazil. In many countries, the CSA is given the same trade rights except tariffs, such as the Ottoman Empire, Brazil, and Japan, as California has opened the South for Asian trade. usa The Camp Jackson Affria battle Lincoln used time against the secessionist movement, believing the Southern unionists would take over the deep South trade and allow it to be normalized. However, more conflict brews as the Camp Jackson affair occurs, though unlike in actual history, secret service agents capture the Union arsenal in Saint Louis before Lyonal arrives. This factor is due to General Harney not being replaced as acting commander and also due to the aid of sympathetic antebellum southern army officers. The battle was marked more of a CSA victory than a defeat as the mobs were better armed under agents who met fewer Germans than in actual history. Also, Lincoln didn't call for volunteers to invade the South, allowing less than 6,000 Missouri Volunteers to be on the Union side. The session militia, known as the Minuteman, came as reinforcements due to better recruitment propaganda .https://youtu.be/aXQCQXJOwBA?si=tNSS3LiolZol_XqQ the fighting lasted the next day The Missouri government agreed to this League of Armed Neutrality, which led to Missouri's joining the League of the Central Confederacy. As more news is shown of Union soldiers murdering civilians, this encourages officers in the Union Army to resign. William Burton (governor) convinces Delaware to sign this central confederacy. Lincoln busily replaced Southern or democratic positions where people could be replaced. As irregular war increased, Lincoln called up volunteers for peacekeeping and to defend the Union capital against the rebels; however, most Union soldiers didn't see action in the capital. Lincoln is forced to accept infield Scott's advice to gradually build up the army instead of relying on volunteers until any conflict arises. While fighting did occur in the border states, the rest of the Union is enjoying no fighting. Lincoln was further planning how the federal government would enforce the tariff and other laws in the South, but he followed reward advice to take things slow as negotiations and peace prevailed. Harney has been kept in command of Missouri longer and has not been called to Washington since the Harney-Price Agreement. Tuesday, May 21, 1861 a steamboat Erupt when sessions are captured

In June, Abe Lincoln and his administration discussed what to do about the southern states? since late aprill after the relief squadron resupplied the forts, our fleet of 24 revenue cutters had been ordered to force revenue collecting on the 8 Confederate states which nearly caused Virginia to separate; fortunately, cooler heads prevailed as almost no ships were bordered, which had to prove evidence of what country they traded before we could collect duties which while mild delegitimized the CSA further. New York is feeling the pains of the tariffs already, and some of our cutters had to be diverted to New York City and Virginia.
Several union officers resigned their commissions, one of them being Josiah Gorgas, the commander of Frankford Arsenal, Bridesburg, PAh, who successfully worked with the Secret Service to get the weapons into the CSA hands. In the Allegheny Arsenal, some weapons were already smuggled out, but somehow, it continued with more suspicion in this alternative timeline; the federal army agreed to accept his retirement in 1861. It was no doubt. Copperhad organizations are spreading across the Midwest and in the mid-Atlantic
This same month, Secret Service agents met with Mayor Woods, who planned a section coup in New York City.
Philephia merchants have largely favored no invasion, with some of its merchants favoring tariff collection to provide competition. New York's population has had most of their international and domestic trade benefiting the southern economy as the tariff isn't well enforced.
on June 16 1861 Lincoln orders the Union Navy to assist the revenue cutters in collecting revenue.
During 1861, the U.S. Navy had about 10,000 personnel 42 active ships and 48 reserves onely 12 could be used right away as part of the Yankee home fleet. While the union fleet grows is doesn't grow as much without Fort Sumter

Be free to comment on this timeline as the reader has their permission to, however, except for the one plot line of the possibility of the Confederate fleet, being intercepted by the New York City fleet it is the only plothole that I can recognize. It is true. www.essentialcivilwarcurriculum.com/financing-the-civil-war.htmlAs the South acquired Warehouses full of supplies, only one out of the Confederate ships was stopped from paying dues. The South's slower ships presumed their trade. As the Confederacy's economy grows, so do the duties paid to trading ships. As the Confederacy grew, so did duties paid on trading ships. Because the Confederacy was not engaged in total war and was enjoying prosperity, combined with patriotism and economic adventuring, confederate citizens and people abroad, including in the United States, purchased more than 30 million treasury bonds. This needed revenue was used to build up the Confederate military, including its navy. The president is a skilled treasurer, allowing great incentives to accept Confederate credit, but at this time, confederate merchants are being paid in valuable currency. The president uses the opportunity of a congressmen and the press to call the president a coward and to turn in this public opinion to support the president, calling for the preparation of war . he argues with Congress that the confederacy still not prepared for war and is requesting more loans to buy war supplies. The president allows the increase in browmean to purchase more war supplies, including artillery needed to protect the Confederacy’s ports. Howell Cobb knows that much of this prosperity to go away Rivers in the midwest prosper along with this international trade as more wheat is sold to the confederacy. Secretary of State Judah, Benjamin, and the head of the Secret Service promise there will be no stopping international trade unless it’s on Lincoln's aggression of war. The newspapers, with the help of the Secret Service, reminded that Lincoln's invasion would cause the shutdown of Mississippi trade to both north and south. The Union Navy is strengthening. As historical in 1861 many ports in the confederacy, were not even blockaded at all. The Union blockade against the Confederacy and the early phase of the war was called the paper blockade. On June 22The, CSA Secrete service, with the aid of a New York secessionist movement, decided to spread propaganda, purchase weapons, and organize movements that weren't enough in accordance. The warriors marched up to Fort Schuyler at night, demanding the surrender of the four after the soldiers were caught off guard. Second, Lieutenant William Cushing Paine, excited over the possibility of battle, painfully surrenders the fort as he is outnumbered 2-1 without a canon battery mounted. The rebels proceeded to take Fort at Sandy Hook, N.J. With even more armed secessionists, while a brief skirmish last no one is killed Theophilus Hunter Holmes, Major of the forts on Governor Island, surrenders the 2 forts as well as the federal arsenal. The southern officer states that he did this to prevent bloodshed. After the surrender, he resigns his commission. Fort Richmond, which guards Fort Lafayette, surrenders to the confederacy as the southern officer wishes to avoid bloodshed. including Fort Tompkins and Battery Weed surrenders as they were under fort Richmond command. A fleet of Confederate ships disguised as merchant ships under Captain Semmes appear in New York City, persuading Fort Gibson under Lieutenant George Washington Vanderbilt under the persuasion of Lieutenant Richard Dodge of North Carolina. The Garrison at former Fort Gibson, which is being transferred to the Navy, has its gunpowder seized. Fort Lafayette, being threatened to be bombarded by the newly formed secessionist, gun, batteries, and by the other forts, along with the confederate navy, agrees to surrender under the lieutenants command. Enough police agreed to resign or not show up for work during the march onto the Brooklyn Naval yard. Well, this is going on the mayor calls for separation to the state of New York hey council vote using massive Bribery and intimidation with his Irish thugs the mayor gets the city Council to vote separation between the state government declare it Tri-Insula—that's Latin for “three islands During the skirmish as Apart of the surrender terms, many of the union back republican militia would be allowed to retreat back to upstate along with many of the union sailors. A peaceful evacuation of Union citizens ensures with a Brooklyn, Navoo yard in confederate hands. This separates city government makes a policy of trade for both of union states and in the confederate states along with trade around the world to be duty-free in the cityy As a gesture of goodwill to the confederacy, the city will loan ships to the confederacy service and will sell ships for the confederate navy. The confederate and New York City city state Navy agreed to a joint alliance to protect New York City trade from the union. As Lincolns government teeters on the brink of bankruptcy, New York City, offers loans to the union, and even more loans to the confederacy New York City prospering from free trade While the majority of the people in the city do not support secession they recognize they are enjoying the benefits. The northern economy at this moment is going bad due to the loss of trade and taxes being paid. The confederacy is able to afford the military buildup unlike Lincoln’s government. Abraham Lincoln has greater difficulty in this timeline to build up his military due to the secession in New York City and and experiencing the loss of trade in the north that help trigger fist a session is movement. With New York City imports, many uniforms made from confederate cotton along with weapons throughout this time as the confederacy offer greater prices in greater demand.

revolution of disunion confederate military forces
The upper south confederate government issues, a personal flag for vessels belonging to this league in case War erupts. The confederate government also agrees that state flags long to neutral states are fine as well. CSA regiments from the upper south particularly have more fanciful uniforms in this alternative history as these are from the neutral upper South, states who do not have to fight. Various regiment, such as the Richmond Ironsides, the Virginia knights, first Confederate cavalier regiment of Calvary, and that Virginia minute men Gray uniforms as shown as a Confederate regiments from historical revolution uniforms Confederate cavalier regimens are formed The glammed of war vs the harsh reality The confederate government tested the effectiveness of bulletproof vest. The Secret Service were all so fortunate to recruit a tailor from Ireland, who claim to make bulletproof vest. Batches of the bullet proof vest were realized impractical but this didn’t stop the the supply meant for all Civil War soldiers, ally specifically confederate regiments identifying themselves at the Southern Knights Merchants also found a new suit that could in theory stop a bullet which was one made from soft cotton layers, which the south had a abundant amount of the material being used Now Abraham Lincoln, very impatient as the country is almost on the brink of bankruptcy pressures, the Navy to collect revenue. Lincoln begins to publicly support the cornwin amendment as a situation becomes Dyer Unlike an actual history, Lincoln does not sign the contraband act until later in his fear is that it will offset the upper south. Historically, Lincoln supported the fugitive slave law, and promised not to end slavery, where it already existed at this time news papers, provide images of union soldiers, sending runaway slaves back to the confederacy. The Secret Service help provide this information to the black community and toward slaves in the confederacy to reduce abolitionist strength for the war effort In August desperate for excuse for war Lincoln orders, the seizure of guns in ships going to the confederacy. Howell Cobbs gives the greenlight for Confederate privateers to attack union merchants. In quick response states apart of the central confederacy hang out the confederate flag or there state flags to show their netruality. conflict breaks out in several instances of union ships boarding and forceing Confederate vessels to pay taxes. On August 22, Lincoln orders the invasion of the southern states by sea . In response the confederates blockade fort Sumter and among numerable other actions at this time In this timeline newly promoted major general, Robert E. Lee, the heir of George whasington reminds the Virginia legislature that session is treason and invokes the old Virginian spirit of her founding fathers and the Virginia political dynasty of Washington, Jefferson, Madison and Monroe which stalls upper south the secessionist movement. General Winfield Scott is also invited to make speeches at this convention Lincoln calls for even more volunteers then in the past to suppress the rebellion through sea invasion. Note The upper South were going to join the confederacy if Lincoln made war, and if the federal government wasn’t going to leave the upper southern states to separate in peace. However, if Lincoln order to invasion where the upper south did not have to fight in this war. This raises some questions. Instead in my plan timeline perhaps the Confederates should order their cannons to fire out the water, which would blockade fort Sumter and scare off the union in resupplied ship. As a Storico, once the confederates attacked fort, Sumter, the union relief squadron turned back. In this work, the confederacy is a Fort Sumter, only after war is declared

General Twigs surrenders the forts in TTexas to the authority of Texas August through October 1st Virginia, which leads the Central Confederacy, requests the resignation of all Union army and naval officers now. The rest of the states follow suit. General Robert E Lee and General Winfield Scott decided not to resign from their commission. General Robert E Lee in Winfield Scott meeting with fellow staff over invasion plans. Virginia governor orders the state seizure of federal arsenal at Harper Ferry. New York Lincoln agreed to New York's request not to invade by land and to not use volunteers against the great metropolis of New York. Due to its proximity, the Union fleet would focus more on New York City than South Carolina. Jefferson Davis and Johnson agreed that most of their forces would be sent to South Carolina and Georgia. Of the many powerful cannons now in New York City’s fort To General Johnson, with Great disagreement, Jefferson Davis, secretary of war, sent reinforcements to New York City under Howell Cobbs's permission. Lincoln orders the bulk of the navy to lay siege upon the joint confederate in the New York City fleet, which is sizeable The fate of the rebel ship The Union Fleet sent many Confederate ships into retreat, \ but the New York City fleet preferred to stay in their home waters. As the Confederate naval forces were forced to scatter, the Union entered a much closer range of the cities' harbors, including their defenses. New York's dry dock, naval yard, and defenses make the city a hard nut to crack. New York City’s harbor defenses fight mercilessly against the invading ships laying siege to the city. Little boatcraft are armed with only one cannon, but dozens of these vessels fire mercilessly against the Union frigates and Brigs. With enough progress in New York City, the Union fleets agree to divide and allow some ship to go to Charleston, South Carolina. In the meantime, elsewhere around the globe, confederate privateers strike havoc in the Union's merchant fleet. Political newspapers complain about the great destruction caused by the Confederate pirates, known as privateers, and say Lincoln was not doing enough to protect the people in the Union. When are ships being sent to murder our brothers and sisters in New York? Upon the retreat back to the CSA, these vessels acted as commerce raiders and provided listed escort duty to blockade runners the fate of many merchants against privateers and commerce raiders The Union army did land, and some boats were full of troops but were typically turned back. While the US Marine parties managed to establish a landing, they were pushed back to the sea. John E. Wool is placed as the commander to capture New York City, while General Winfield, Scott, and General Robert E. Lee will take the bulk of the army down in South Carolina. The Confederacy continued to ship out many cotton bails abroad to exchange for weapons; the Union Navy knew this supply must pewter out. According to Scott, the answer is to blockade and shut down the ports of entry. The Upper South allows cash crops to be shipped under neutral ports of the Upper South, which pay the tariffs. The upper south is profiting from their merchants trading with north and south.Lincolns reasoning to allowing the upper south to stay netural was they didn't commit treason called session and they paid taxes

Judhua Benjamin, the diplomat to Europe and official Confederate ambassador, has represented the Confederacy well, winning loans from France and other governments, selling bonds, and purchasing weapons. The European governments have been promised that if war happens, the Union government will take over all CSA debt. The war isn't about slavery as it is caused by the failure of the American people to rule themselves, including state rights tariff as the diplomates paint the image as the war of northern aggression.
The Union illegally bordered CSA ships to collect tariffs, which the British government saw as the cause of how the American nation was born through the Revolution and War of 1812. only eight slave slates and 3 territories have joined the rebellion with NYC a free which forbids slavery
The CSA was given belligerent status on the eve of the war thanks to the South's stronger diplomatic pick. The Russian czar and Prussia will continue the trade the rebel states have to offer.
AT home
Some northern inventors, such as Morris and Eadd, wish to complete their contracts as they desire to work for Lincoln's legitimate union government as the CSA has failed to achieve foreign recognition. Importation of Railroad equipment is largely out of the question, but the counted use of rivers isn't, as Lincoln hasn't said anything about using the riverways. He, however, has made trade with the CSA illegal and is negotiating if food can be allowed to be traded with New York City by land.
Washington, D.C., and the surrounding areas are still at risk of Partsian warfare, such as what DC experienced early on in the months. Lincoln imposes martial law after he appoints General Lyonal in command of Missouri, replacing General Harney is sent to dc briefly captured by partisans then allowed to go on his way

Author explanation of why he hasn't mentioned Missouri for much of this timelineThe timeline of actual events has to unforneatly mix with one crucial choice from a different reality from a different president. Lincoln probably would have federal officer Harney in command of Union forces to prevent Missouri and other states in the upper south from breaking into insurrection. However, when Lincoln was searching for a reason to go to war, then he would place a more aggressive union general such as lynal At the clash in Boonville, continuing the price Harney truce can easily butterfly away Battle of Cole Camp, Boonville. Lincoln possibly could have allowed these battles to occur if they declared themselves not official forces. However, if the rebels managed to seize the arsenal with the aid of the CSA Secret service this would have turned Boonville's outcome around. Plus, the battles were skirmishes and could have been downplayed. Perhaps the information was suppressed by both sides to avoid Missouri and the rest of the League of Armed Netruality dissolving. battle of Carthage led by German home guards who arnet recognized as Union soldiers loss in 1861 July 5 Willsons Creek csa victory as confederate soldiers can be present or not after this event, the Missouri State Guard wins several historical battles. The rest of the upper south secessionists, not soldiers, provide a diversion to fool the Union army into evacuating Portsmith, allowing the paramilitary warriors to seize Norfolk but request the government take control. The government accepts the seccionist request to the Union's anger of federal property taken away. The workers at the federal arsenal with the cooperation of seccionist take over Harpers Ferry to virginas control with increased irregular warfare in dc Lincoln strongly considers declaring martial law partisans attacking Union militia in the streets as it increased irregular activity with more upper south soldiers sent to DC in hopes that they would be reluctant to kill fellow southern officers who leak information from the regular officers such as Marauder. t

September-October Sessionist In Virginia attacking Union naval ships which the outcome of the skirmishes are indecisive. Sessionist artillerymen mount cannons and fire at Union ships which proves Indecisive in two skirmishes as they were on there way to Charleston Besides naval ships being used for the siege effort, there are not many ships used for blockade duty. The Union navy lay siege to Charleston sc which takes longer than expected foreceing New York City’s fleets to be cut as they are sent to Charleston. The confederate artillery coordinated under general Beauregard prove deadly against , Yankee vessels. The confederate battery position were well placed for the proposed of repealing Union ships at the ocean the seige last for weeks as the Union mainly use naval forces Winfield Scott orders his first assault which fails as Union Volunteers disobey orders or break rank leading to unsupported infantry attacks against well armed confederate soldiers who tricked the Union volunteers into believing they were outnumbered due to the South's many Quaker guns and Manikans with uniforms. Virginia legislature is looking more favorably to the confederates. It has lasted months since the union declared war. The fighting since then has been mostly naval engagements. Fortunately, for the Union Winfield Scott, knows Beauregard. General , Winfield, Scott, and general Robert E Lee are experts at Napoleonic war, style tactics, and to outflank the opponent. Winfield restores discipline from some disobedient soldiers General Lee launched assaults fully coordinated facing Gatling guns, land mines, and abundant reinforcements establishing a land This news was received by President Lincoln this gave him the confidence to establish martial law which forced Virginia into a session convention. General Lee proves too aggressive, but the results prove positive for the union until Lee receives news of Virginia's separation from the union. General lee Orders the volunteers from the south to be returned home along with any soldier who did not wish to participate in the war anymore then Lee resigns from His commission to go back to Virginia to defend his home. The League of the Central Confederacy falls apart with only Kentucky in the League of armed neutrality. Recently the confederates are defeated at the battle of athensnin missouri preventing a union invasion in Iowa seizing the local arsenal, railroad or river lane The Confederacy sees Virgina,North carolina, Tennessee to the confederacy with Missouri, delware,Maryland as border states As more Union soldiers reinforced the capital Volunteers were permitted to return home along with two-thirds of the regular Union officer corps in this timeline . Historically it was only 1/3 how bad Lincoln would have suffered if this war was not seen as a nonpartisan fight rather it was a partisan war based upon sectionals loyalty. to solidify Virginia’s entry into the confederacy Richmond was agreed to be the capital of the confederacy this spurs the enthusiasm for war as union and confederate soldiers believe the war is going to end in less than 90 days. The confederate fleet resupplies New York City Grand in them the ability to last longer for the fight

The war As both sides have their military plans changed critical moves in Kentucky has that union soldiers under the western command marched into Kentucky illegally from dental worth, and even worse news that John C Fremont sensei proclamation that slaves would be free who were held by Confederates. Recently, before this news is heard union president, Abraham Lincoln refuses to give back any slaves who ran away to the Union as he signs, the slave contraband act. This move anger is the south further and encourages the border states to lean to the Soundscapes – Ambient Southern nation.
John C, Fremont, Anderson, Kentucky, and you legally has an order to free the slaves under Confederate ownership. With union general, Ulysses S Grant, Washington, Kentucky here with Confederates I was short order not to invade, I say, or stretched out to thin.
Confederate, Salt Waters, at this time has increased their numbers as more people are joining the confederate army as the upper south joins the fight. With the confederate capital, much closer than Atlanta, and with the union N greater threat of invasion more union soldiers enlisted.
New York City see you just looking favorably to the union as a union troops have first established successful landings from the sea.
Confederate soldiers prepare to defend Richmond, the battle Fairfax happens and it is soon discover that the union will be invading the weather in Virginia and their efforts to take Washington DC.

Japanese and the csa
Confederate diplomats to Japan stirs up hatred to the Western Americans. He reminds them of the best way to punish the Westin earth would be for samurai and all persons who are worthy to take up arms and expel the Yankees in Washington who were responsible for Japan’s sacred soil to be polluted. Japanese unemployed samurai become interested in the job offer as they will be paid and rice, horses, guns and The preservation of their countries honoar. Well the people of Japan are skeptical toward these offers a total for 7000 Japanese samurai, ninjas, chargers, and people training to be soldiers join with the ranks of the confederacy. The confederate diplomat promised the samurai CSA believe the country alone and will only establish fair trade practices if they do wish to engage.
As the president is reluctant to accept these warriors but them given how Badly outnumbered the southern forces are to the Union population he accepts. Some Japanese land in California camel two Texas but it’s agreed by most merchants but they shall be going to Central America make their way on foot and then South. The csa troops meet the Japanese warriors Most of the Japanese forces are sent to Virginia by smaller number of ninjas will be deployed in the western theater of operation. General Robert E Lee and confederate general Johnston agree that most of these confederate mercenary should act as reserves however the secretary of war Davis is very interested in experimenting with trained archers . Confederate Secretary of War Jefferson Davis is relieved to know that many of these confederate forces under his command will not be turned down upon recruitment as there is a court sufficient number of weapons given per soldier. The Japanese warriors are excited to see the evil armor and not caring guns . Next to no Japanese soldier can’t speak a language other than Japanese as both samurai and staff have to agree on communication orders by the signal corps.
Japanese samurai whole to do this and Shinto traditions but are given pamphlets to read about the southern agrarian life including the latest romanticism of the time.Meanwhile in Camp great popular read among southern soldiers is Ivanhoe ,Robin Hood and patriotic works reminding them of the American revolution which of the southern receive them selves as that fulfillment to a second revolution. The Richmond Ironsides and other supposedly bulletproof armor will be sent to Virginia to defend any threat of union invasion in Virginia. Some Japanese warrior see the modern confederate army and some of the very few regiments with any sort of armor.
