I like your scenario but:
If Hitler wasn't going for the Sovietunion as soon as possible following Victory over France then the following have to change in some way:
It would contradict - in my view - his plans for swift attack on Sovietunion and everybody was frantically talking him out of Operation Felix and Malta - even his plan of Balkans as a necessary sideshow before Barbarossa.
Hitler had left overseeing the French NA colonial forces following Armistige to the Italians and didn't show any sign of wanting to commit troops to aid Benny.
We still need to address "Why?" change direction. Why wait longer to initiate his major undertaking Barbarossa?

Hitler had 12. November 1940, Fuhrer Directive 18 Gibraltar, decided that Gibraltar was the key to securing North Africa.
Canaris mission to Spain envisioned in the Directive had been undertaken from 22. July 1940 and a meeting of Canaris and Franco on 7. December 1940. Franco rejected participating in the war as he did 23. October 1940.
The Directive also outlined the Balkan campaign Marita-Mercury though the Italian call for support in the war against Greece only took place on 28. December 1940.
