Also, why did Japan invade the European colonies when they already had Access to the resources in China and were free to expand their Pacific empire for the time being? Because the well German trained and equipped Chinese National Revolutionary Army mange to stop the Empire of Japan fighting in their struggle to get control of China. This was mostly due the Sino-German cooperation which by 1941 had made sure that Japan controlled in 1941 fewer territory in China then they had in OTL, needing resources, mostly oil they felt they had no choice to launch the invasion of British, Netherlands and French colonies. When did Germany start re-arming because you seem to rely an awful lot on the "Germany is the arsenal of Europe" stick.

Germany was already rearming secretly under the Wiemar republic at the moment Treaty of Versailles was signed in 1918, Also in the RFEC verse a man named Johan Smit, a Great War veteran (a more democratic but anti-communisme version of Hitler) who became President of Germany (he was the succor to Paul von Hindenburg), president Smit who after was elected in 1932 made the office of president the most important function in governing Germany and not the chancellor over the years rearmed Germany which accelerated after the Spanish Civil War (1933- 1936) where it backed the royalist and which saw it first successes during the 2nd Polish-Soviet War (1936-1939).

I am actually fairly certain that instead of Japan doing better in the Pacific War With no US in their way, they Will actually do worse. -OTL Imperial Japan already had difficulties getting enough fuel to go around, here they won't have Access to Manchuria so Will have even less fuel. In practice this means that pilot training is going to suffer and most of their capital ships are going to be stuck in harbour awaiting a Battle or a glory-hungry admiral. -European military resources are going to be much greater. With France and the Netherlands unoccupied by Germany and the British navy not being stuck on convoy duty or homeland defence, they can now send much more material to Asia then they could in OTL. -Japan's armies Will be drained from the war in China. Tokyo Will not even consider surrender or retreat and Will fight to bitter end, giving the West valuable experience in how to Counter their tactics. This disadvantage Will become much more obvious as the war goes on, as Europe can continue pumping out reinforcements long after Japan has run dry.
However, I feel that I must also point out that the reason Japan was running dry on resources was because of the Western boycot caused by the invasion in China. With the war de factoo over, Tokyo can begin negotiating for the boycot to be lifted.

In practice this means that pilot training is going to suffer and most of their capital ships are going to be stuck in harbour awaiting a Battle or a glory-hungry admiral. While the Second Sino-Japanese War was more bloody than OTL, Manchuria was firmly in the hands of the Japanese which remained that way until the Soviet Invasion in 1946. -European military resources are going to be much greater. With France and the Netherlands unoccupied by Germany and the British navy not being stuck on convoy duty or homeland defence, they can now send much more material to Asia then they could in OTL. The French and British where also somewhat tied up fighting the Canadians at that time, yes they did not need battleships or carrier for their war but the British had somewhat more forces in the pacific to compensate the lose of american forces there but they never assumed that Japan would launch a surprise attack on them in the first place. At the war end Germany had more than 300,000 troops in China alone and more than a 200,000 troops (mostly light infantry divisions and marine infantry divisions) fighting in the Pacific, so yes the allies had more men than Japan could counter.
