Do they get normal salaries these super heroes ore are they something like mega stars with big salaries and big houses.

They are headquartered in special military installations where they are treated well and used as propaganda tools. They are generally well known.

Human Computers are a particular subset of superhumans with powers that are generally mental in nature. In military usage, they are generally not deployed on the battlefield, generally being used as intelligence.

These humans were used to coordinate the titanic logistics of running the Soviet Union in a way that would industrialize it to compete with Western powers. It happens now and then, but they are generally contained.
