What if NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden was aboard Bolivian President Evo Morales's airplane when it was forced to land in Austria on July 2nd, 2013 after being denied access to French, Italian, and Spanish airspace?

Austria will most likely extradite him to the United State where he will serve life in prison in Forth Leavenworth. |

Austria will most likely extradite him to the United State where he will serve life in prison in Forth Leavenworth. Unless Austria is willing to extradite whether or not U.S. prosecutors would seek the death penalty, in which case he's awaiting execution as we speak? |

That will be a long time i think, even the sole survivor of the Boston bombing is waiting to be executed and that will take many year for it to happen. |

However President Trump could issue an executive order to expedite his sentence? As a consequence for Bolivia for trying to shelter a fugitive, the U.S. would almost certainly sanction/reduce diplomatic relations at best and declare war at worst? |

They United States did not do it when julian assange took refuge at the Embassy of Ecuador, so i doubt the United States would do it to Bolivia and almost defiantly would ever go to war with them over something like this. |

They United States did not do it when julian assange took refuge at the Embassy of Ecuador, so i doubt the United States would do it to Bolivia and almost defiantly would ever go to war with them over something like this. Wouldn't Bolivia suffer some sort of diplomatic fallout because of this and even take Ecuador with them for their role in sheltering Julian Assange the year prior? Perhaps the U.S. Special Operations Command could add a new mission to it's doctrine calling for the kidnapping of American fugitives in New World countries that refuses extradition. The Monroe Doctrine could be used to legitimize such operations. |

Government and military ships and aircraft have sovereign immunity and can only be searched with permission of the captain ( source). It's unlikely permission would be given and forcing the matter would be a major diplomatic incident on par with storming an embassy, with the presence of the Bolivian President making matters even more severe. |
