Rusviet Tsardom | 1920+ // Iron Harvest Well that completes the initial three powers with a 'Russia' that survived WWI but gravely weakened socially even if it gained lands. Also with a relatively liberal and competent Czar, now caught between reactionary and revolutionary power blocs. Furthermore this Russia still has Alaska which could make for some interesting differences. As well as possibly internal nationalities struggling for more say if not freedom. if only the Crimean tartars are mentioned.
Also got mention of other powers in the world, a Nordic bloc in Scandinavia, a Japanese Shogunate and 'distant' Albion. Sounds like their planning to introduce other powers over time. Noticing that each nation seems to have OTL feral animals playing a role where they seem to have been tamed, the bear for Poland, wolf for Germany/Saxony and tiger for Russia.
There is a map of Europe of the game.

Afraid I'm only getting an image as above. Assuming something wrong in your or my end. Anyone else seeing it or having problems?

Saxony looks very large here with the Low Countries [sorry Lordroel], much of the channel coast, Burgundy and Switzerland by the looks of it as well as most of Austria/Bohemia and parts of modern Italy. Also its surprising since Poland had to concede ground to its neighbours it has the corridor. However possibly it has the best of a stage of the war against Saxony. The only other state shown in detail is the Scandinavian Union.
There is also a world map see Iron Harvest World Map. This has a larger Poland reaching to the Black Sea and Canada seems to include OTL Washington State and Alaska so could be a fan map. The US has expanded south to include more of Mexico and also Cuba. There are other differences in the Americans with a single state covering most of the OTL small states between Mexico and Columbia. Grand Columbia still exists and a greater Peru as well as an Argentina that includes most of Chile so there are only 4 states in S America plus the three Guyana which from the colour could be a Spanish colony. I say Spain as there is a large Aragon independent to its east but 'Spain' includes Portugal and its African colonies as well as all of Morocco.
Elsewhere in Europe Britain may have sided with Saxony in the last war as it has Brittany and Normandy, while France may also have lost some territory to Italy in the SE as well as all of its N African colonies with Algeria and Tunisia also in Italian hands. In the Balkans there is an Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania, although quite small and possibly a greater Croatia. However the major power seems to be Greece which has western Anatolia, S Bulgaria Albania and probably most/all of Serbia.
In Africa other than the Spanish and Italian empires Ethiopia is independent and includes Eritrea and Somalia and there is a 'state' in the Guinea region west of Nigeria which I'm guessing may be an enlarged Liberia? The colour doesn't match anything else so possibly could be another surviving independent state. Otherwise the continent is divided between the UK and Saxony with the former having a large area in the NE reaching from Egypt down to Kenya and across to Nigeria and most of the south whereas Saxony has Nambia, former French west Africa and a region in the centre reaching from Cameroon through the Congo to Tanzania, plus Mozambique.
In Asia Britain has India and its OTL mandates in the ME but not Aden as well as Malaya, Borneo and Celebes. The rest of the DEI are in Saxon hands as is Vietnam and a Syria that includes a good chunk of Turkish Kurdistan. China is large as it doesn't seem to have lost the Amur valley to Russia and there is a unified Korea, Japan [including Sakhalin] a larger Thailand and a Spanish Philippines. Iran, a rump Turkey and Afghanistan are independent - at least formally so - and OTL Arabia, including Oman and Yemen is divided into two states, north and south.
Anyway looks interesting and definitely a different world.
