Ugh there are a number of warning flags here. That Bilbo was President before 49, that Lindbergh is his replacements, that three [at least] of the 4 people who were eligible for the role were from the same party and that this electoral league has replaced the old electoral system. Makes it sound very much like a at least semi-fascist system is in power and I suspect that the US wouldn't be a very good place to be for anyone who isn't white, male and conservative.
PS Having read that page I can see how things start to go so bad. Had that candidate elected in a TL of my own, albeit with a different and earlier POD and it doesn't end well for the US there although by a much different route. [Ending up with a 'fascist' type US losing badly to an Anglo-Japanese alliance in a very nasty war.]

I know Lindbergh was a bit ”fashy” but George Lincoln Rockwell was a literal Nazi. The flag changing to an eagle atop the world is also pretty dodgy and reminiscent of the Nazi eagle. If you aren't straight, white, Anglo-Saxon, far-right, Protestant and/or male, I would suggest you GTFO America before you wind up in a Happy Fun Camp of Freedom™. |

That was one of the problems the 'US' in my TL had. Bad enough in Nazi Germany when extreme racist views match with fanatical nationalism. In the US, with a much more diverse racial population, more widespread hostility i.e. including Catholics and Irish/Latinos as racial as well as religious groups and a history of a strong liberal presence its far more destructive plus the US lacks the real experience of large scale war that Germany had. Especially since a shorter WWI meant they had seen virtually no involvement and learnt little of it. Coupled with the technology of the time and the fact the US initiates the use of gas it gets very nasty very quickly.
Your TL is taking a somewhat different route and has a POD after WWI so Britain is weaker plus assuming that both Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia are still coming into existence its going to be a very difficult time for anybody with morals and who values human rights I fear.
