US response if Saddam uses gas or anthrax in 2003?

It goes without saying that this scenario relies on Saddam having WMDs. Doctrine says the US goes tactical nuclear. I'm thinking you'd see between 1-3 B-61s with low kt warheads dropped on the Republican Guard divisions in the Karbala Gap, with the 3rd Mech punching through the hole in Iraqi lines and getting to Baghdad a few days earlier.

Alternatively, if the Iraqi attack is more severe of uses bioweapons instead of chemicals, a B-52 fires a nuke-tipped AGM-86 at a target on the outskirts of Baghdad.

Bush would come under extreme pressure to use nukes - from those who say if you don't you leave us open to others one day using nukes - and those who don't think there is a need to nuke Iraq on miltary/political/moral grounds.
I think it depends on the number and spread of casualties.
Maybe instead of nukes, Bush uses multiple MOAB attacks.
