The Sol System
It was as if it had never happened. Earth was a clean slate compared to what it used to be before the End; the handiwork of the Powers That Be was present in its empty lands, its pristine rivers, lakes, and oceans, and the various flora and fauna that now prosper unmolested by the vestiges of humanity. In the aftermath of the crisis the world was born anew, devoid of a civilization previously wiped out, so that another may take its place.
But it wouldn't be the only one for long. In another part of the system, two planets formerly unsuitable for life were magically terraformed, given the same environment and atmosphere as their distant blue-and-green neighbor. Forests of varying types, sizes, and density now grow where the dry deserts of Mars once stood, although the native plant life of Venus still remained. It would be a beautiful sight to behold if one looked at it from a different angle, a real Garden of Eden standing in close proximity to its twin, each one a treasure in the eyes of the creators.
Their work here was almost done. Now it was time to set the stage.
From every corner of the multiverse, from parts of Earth's past and present, nations, cities, people, and items were plucked from their native dimensions and scattered evenly between all three planets. Once that was done, they began to rest and quietly observe the activity from afar; whatever happens next, now and in the years to come, shall determine the fate and future of the universe.
And so it begins...

All right, so here's an (in)complete list, arranged both by continent and by planet.
EARTH
North America:
The Neo-Mysticons (Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, Amanda Adams, Pacifica Northwest, and Mabel Pines), along with their hometowns (Danville, Gravity Falls, and Piedmont) and their friends and family. Danville, along with the rest of the Tri-State Area, is in Lower Virginia but Gravity Falls and Piedmont are sent to their respective locations (Oregon and northern California).
The Affiliated States of Boreoamerica (from [USER=7617]@false Dmitri[/USER]'s con-verse). All states/provinces are in their original locations as depicted in the maps below.
The United Provinces of Newfoundland (from the Isle of Refuge-verse), in their original locations just north of the ASB. Let's assume that the ISOT takes place on January 1, 2017 (the year the deviation was uploaded).
The hometowns of all Precure teams in the Pretty Cure series, scattered across most of the ASB and Newfoundland. This also includes the fairy worlds and dimensions from each respective season and, as of Star Twinkle Precure, locations beyond Earth.
Tokyo City (a.k.a. New Townsville) from Powerpuff Girls Z, placed south of Parnell in Newfoundland. The ISOT also brings along two new characters (Luna Sachi/Luminary Vivid and Haine Yukigaya/Noble Violet) and their respective families, as well as the entire rogues gallery (except Him) of the series. Assume that the aforementioned trio can still use their powers after the final episode.
Tazma, General Dreadbane, and the Spectral Hand from Mysticons. They are in Danville, albeit still in hiding after the defeat of Queen Necrafa.
The US states of California (except San Francisco) and Oregon from OTL 2019, in their respective locations.
San Fransokyo from Big Hero 6, as of the end of the movie, replacing OTL San Francisco.
Royal Woods from The Loud House, in Sanguinam Country. This also includes Great Lakes City, where the Santiagos and Casagrandes live.
The Washington DC metro area (OTL 2012), at the beginning of President Barack H. Obama's second term, to southwestern Maryland on the opposite side of Baltimore.
The Snooper Family (Super Snooper, Blabber Mouse, Jennifer Silverfur-Snooper, Angel Snooper, and Lucky Snooper), plus their detective agency, house, and all of their possessions. They are sent to the city of Clontarf in the United Provinces of Newfoundland.
The Jedi Praxeum from Star Wars Legends, taken just before the start of the Yuuzhan Vong War. It is now located in the Republic of Cuba. All Jedi offworld are transported back to the Praxeum, along with their closest loved ones.
Samurai Jack and Ashi, both alone in northern California. Jack only has his sword with him.
Lake-Town from Lord of the Rings, when Bilbo and company first arrive, on Lake Erie in Iroquoia.
Free from Soul Eater, after his reawakening. He ends up in Newfoundland.
A thousand Gnoph-Keh, scattered in small groups across much of Alaska and the far northern parts of rural Canada (including the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).
Shrek's Swamp from the Shrek film series, after the events of Shrek 3, to a random uninhabited location in the swampland of Lower Louisiana. All main characters (including Donkey and his family) come along for the ride.
Central City from Arrowverse's The Flash, as of the events of Season 1, near Boston.
Hawkins, Indiana from Stranger Things, as of the very end of Season 2. It is placed near Detroit in Detroit Country.
Echo Creek, California from Star Vs. The Forces of Evil, to somewhere in southern California.
The Ghostbusters' HQ from Ghostbusters (the original 1980s movie, not the cheap knock-off that is the remake), to Yumegahama.
The Overlook Hotel from The Shining, but with all victims of past massacres resurrected, somewhere in OTL Colorado. The main cast of the movie (sans Jack Torrence) is also included and any vestiges of the supernatural (except for Danny's psychic powers) are no longer present within the hotel.
Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, The Big Bopper, and Roger Peterson and their families from OTL 1959, a day before the fatal plane crash that would have killed all four mentioned men. They end up in Los Angeles.
John Belushi and his family, after the release of the Action/Action/Adventure film 1941, to Clontarf.
New Iceland from Ill Bethisad, in its original location in OTL Manitoba.
The Neu family, their house, and family restaurant (from the eponymous Loud House AU), to Royal Woods.
Amy Winston (aka Princess Amethyst), her family and house, from the DC Nation shorts. They all get sent to Royal Woods and Amy still retains her powers.
The US state of Nevada from the CSIVerse, in its OTL location.
Sora, Donald, and Goofy from the Kingdom Hearts series. They end up near Shrek's Swamp with only their weapons and supplies with them.
50,000 Kzin (10,000 adult males, 20,000 adult females [all of whom are sentient], and 20,000 young of both genders) from equivalent Iron age. They are scattered across most of OTL southeastern British Columbia, near Vancouver Island.
The Kingdom of Hawaii from 1983: Doomsday, as of 2020, minus the radiation in parts of the islands that had been devastated during the nuclear war.
Bikini Bottom from Spongebob Squarepants, one month after the end of the movie, underneath the Pacific Ocean near the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Zim's home base, including the eponymous Irken, GIR, Skoodge, Nyx, and Ying (from The New Adventures of Invader Zim (season 2); the ISOT also brings in the whole Membrane family (including Dib and Gaz), as well as Tak and Tenn. They are all brought to Danville.
The city of Puebla from Las Leyendas/Legend Quest, shortly after the events of Season 1, to Upper Louisiana. The ISOT also includes the 21st-century apartment where the Villavicencio family resides.
Beach City (plus the Crystal Gems/Steven's home) from Steven Universe, to the southeastern coast of Christiana.
Arcadia Oaks, California (Trollhunters), during the events of Part One, next door to San Fransokyo.
The city of Tremorton from My Life as a Teenage Robot, near Hagukumi.
Riley Anderson, her family, and home from Inside Out, after the events of the film. Sent to San Fransokyo along with their apartment and belongings.
Penny Forrester, her family, pets (Bolt, Mittens, and Rhino), and belongings from Bolt, after the end of the movie. Across the street from the Andersons in San Fransokyo.
Wilbur Robinson, his family, and their residence from Meet the Robinsons, on the outskirts of San Fransokyo.
Leona Muliwai de la Glace, Stella Affini Mode, Maria Elena Flores, and Hikari Kasai (all TMNT 2012 OCs), with each of their respective homes, families, and belongings, to Clontarf in eastern Newfoundland. They are magical girls with powers related to natural elements like fire, water, air, and earth.
The Ape Colony from Rise of the Planet of the Apes, shortly after Caesar parted ways with Will. ISOT'd near the Kzintai settlements in British Columbia.
The R.M.S. Titanic from OTL 1912, shortly before it was struck by an iceberg on that fateful night, appears in New Amsterdam's harbor.
Billy Batson and his adopted family as well their house from SHAZAM!, right after the end of the film. Sent to New Townsville.
Beta Kids and Alpha Kids from Homestuck, to San Fransokyo.
Killgore and Armagedroid from My Life as a Teenage Robot, the former at a pawn shop somewhere in downtown Danville and the latter in Zim's backyard.
Metroville from The Incredibles 2, after the events of the movie, to somewhere in the Upper Country.
Sinestro Corps from the DC Universe, somewhere near Royal Woods.
Duckburg from Ducktales 2017, to an area north of San Rafael, California.
Central, South America, and the Caribbean
All member nations of the SAC (South American Confederation) from 1983: Doomsday, as of 2020. This also includes observer states Puerto Rico and Honduras.
The Militaires Sans Frontières from Metal Gear but before the Ground Zero Incident, to Puerto Rico.
Thundera (capital city of the Cats) from Thundercats 2011, several hours before the arrival of Mumm-Ra's invasion army. Sent to the OTL site of Mexico City, Mexico.
Isla Nublar and the Muertes Archipelago from the Jurassic Park series, both in their original locations near OTL Costa Rica.
Europe & the Mediterranean
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from OTL 2019, in their original locations.
A portion of the Soviet Union (that includes Leningrad) from Twilight of the Red Tsar, as of circa. 2018, in its original location. Its western and eastern territories do not come along.
Principality of Sealand (OTL 2019), in its OTL location.
The town of Ulthar and Enchanted Wood (HP Lovecraft, Dreamlands), both somewhere in rural England.
The Republic of France from Miraculous Ladybug, in its original location.

Africa & the Middle East
Israel (The Hope of 2,000 Years Reborn), with its population and infrastructure brought along.
Supreme Leader Snoke's personal flagship, the Supremacy, just as Rey is brought onboard. It is dropped in the middle of the Congo; the engines of the ship are irreparably damaged and the ship cannot take flight.
Egypt and Ethiopia (both from Lawrence's Legacy), in their OTL locations.
Spanish/Iberian North Africa from Una Diferente Plus Ultra.
The Kingdom of Wakanda from Black Panther, after the post-credits scene of the film. Bucky Barnes is the only superhero besides T'Challa/Black Panther in the nation at this time.
Mos Eisley from Star Wars: A New Hope, before Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived at the city. Somewhere in Spanish North Africa.

Asia & Oceania
The State of Japan from OTL 2019, with all populations and infrastructure intact. Any foreign tourists within the country are brought along for the ride.
China (except Taiwan), India, Burma (Myanmar), and Thailand (outside of current OTL boundaries) from Blue Sky, White Sun, and Wholly Red Earth (A DH Axis China AAR). All are in their original locations.
The Philippine Republic (from the Spanish Formosa-verse), in its original location, and also including Formosa (OTL Taiwan).
Democratic People's Republic of Korea (OTL 2019), with the entire population and its military brought along for the ride. Kim Jong-un and all those in his cabinet are present in the country around this time.
South Korea from OTL 2019, in its original location, with the entire population and infrastructure included. All native Koreans abroad at the time are automatically sent back to the aforementioned nation.
Joseph Stalin (OTL), to North Korea. He is given the ability to speak and understand Korean in addition to his Russian.
The Australia-New Zealand Commonwealth (1983: Doomsday), as of 2020, minus the radiation in four separate parts where the cities of Melbourne, Perth, Broome, and Sydney once stood. Any ANZC military units already shipped overseas are magically transported back to their homes and Brazilian military units are still in the country around this time. All foreign embassies from countries outside of the ANZC are also included.
Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, Shadow the Hedgehog, Mina Mongoose, and Blaze the Cat from the Archie Sonic comic series. They end up waking up in the nation of New Zealand.
The Kingdom of Acorn (a.k.a the Eggman Empire) from SatAM, during the events of Season 2, near New Zealand.
Grigori Rasputin from just before his death, to near Tokyo in Japan. The ISOT makes him fluent in Japanese.
Antarctica
The Kingdom of the North from ASOIAF, just a week before King Robert arrived in Winterfell, to western Antarctica.
Adelia (from the L'Étoile du Sud series), in its original location not too far from the Kingdom of the North.
MARS
Equestria and its environs from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, as of Season 8. Sent to Canali.
Kirby and his friends (Meta Knight, King Dedede, and Bandana Dee) from the Kirby series, to Ponyville in Equestria.
Portions of the Russian Empire from Consequences of an Errant Shell, occupying all of Olympia far east of Equestria.
The Soviet Martian base from the Iron Sky-verse, during the mid-credits sequence when it was discovered for the first time. Sent to an area south of the Russian Empire.
VENUS
The Kingdom of Lucis from Final Fantasy XV, in the ocean east of West Cibola.
A portion of the new French Empire (including Paris) from OTL 1804, during the coronation of Napoleon I. In central Cathay with all its infrastructure and natural features still intact.
The United States from OTL 1901, at the beginning of President Theodore Roosevelt's first term, between Hiberborea and Cathay. The ISOT also brings along Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines, which are all American territories.
Mt. Ebott and the nearby town from Deltarune, sent to western Cathay.
The North American Union (NAU) from 1983: Doomsday, as of 2014, in eastern Hiberborea. All member nations of the Union are included.
The Mushroom Kingdom and its environs from the Super Mario Bros. series, to Terra Australis.
THE MOON (LUNA)
Schwarze Sonne (the Moon Nazi base) from Iron Sky. The ISOT takes place before the events of the film.
MISC.
The Kingdom of Mewni from Star Vs. The Forces of Evil. Next to Mars.
The Citadel of Starco, alongside the Citadels of Tomstar and Markapoo (as well as the asteroid where the Jarco kids dwell), from the SvtFoE Metaverse, brought to within the Earth-Moon orbit. The ISOT takes place sometime before the invasion of the Citadels by the Crystal Robots.
Nyarlathotep, Arsalan, Snow, Krampus, Alice, and Garmr from Tokyo Afterschool Summoners, sent to random areas in North America (especially in Newfoundland), Equestria, Britain, Japan, and Arendelle.
All Precure villains and their monsters from the Pretty Cure series in addition to the current ones from Star Twinkle Precure, as they stood at the very beginning of each respective season. Scattered throughout Earth and the Sol system. None of their bosses (the major villains of all 15 seasons) come along.
UNITE (United Nations Integral Taskforce Extradimensional) from The Neu House AU, at an undisclosed location on Earth.
