Let us say that Mr Magical Force arrives, takes a shine to modern day Iran and decides to give it a dominant place in the world ISOT style. Iran is now in 1910 ~ 1919. Is the Middle East Iran's for the taking? Do they fight Britain and France? Even the Soviets? With MBTs, warships, missiles and a huge population too, is Mecca & Medina under their rule? Jerusalem too? Away from maybe conquering places in an orgy of lorry, does instead Iran collapse under internal pressures following this magic as real-life circumstances stick a finger in the eye of Mr Magical Force? Ideas?

I suspect they would at least attempt to go on a conquest spree and in the short term very little could stop them as due to the prolonged US lead economic restrictions and the regime's own militaristic approach they have a powerful and largely self-sufficent military. Also even in 1919 no one has much that can stop them. Not to mention their likely to go for nuclear weapons ASAP.
However their bound to have problems in terms of disruption of what trade there is, loss of overseas markets and the like is going to cause some more problems. Possibly more seriously might be that long term campaigns of expansion and occupation are likely to make further demands on a population many of which are already unhappy with the dictatorship that rules the country. However even many of them could be attracted, at least at 1st, by the idea of Iran being the world's greatest power again. Which they could well be for an extended period of time. Could see them taking all the ancient Achaemenid empire and then some and most especially they would look to take the holy cities and expand their Shia version of Islam.

Ideas? How much Oil are the going to sell, in 1910 the price of Oil was around 70 cents per barrel compared to 54.04 dollars as of today.

Well there's relatively little demand for oil at that stage, most of the industrialised world relying on coal still. Plus there's very little infrastructure to move the stuff about which would also be a problem.

I take it that low demand for oil would only screw Iran over even more in the short term? Judging by no mention of it here, I assume that it doesn't boast particularly large (or at least, easy-to-exploit) coal reserves at the moment.
