That is a first here, a ISOT of a weaker version into a time where it will be almost immediately fighting the 2nd Polish-Soviet War as i doubt Stalin will allow the Second Polish Republic to excist. And the Western nations will not want to go to war over Poland again, so it will be a bloodier version of the Prague Spring and Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia.

In general agreement although the cold war is heating up so there's possibly some reaction from the west. In the previous year we saw the end of the Berlin blockade, the formation of NATO, the fall of China to the communists and the 1st Soviet nuclear test. Things could go either way here.
One other complication is that to the west/north of the restored 1930 Poland is a good chunk of the 1950 Poland consisting of the lands transferred to Poland from Germany in part exchange for the lands Stalin annexed from it. This is of course under communist control and with a significant Soviet garrison but the potential area effected is somewhat larger than simply the 1930 borders.
Also a lot of people who died in WWII including a very large number of Jews in the former Pale and the Poles murdered by the Soviets at Katyn are still going to be alive. Which could spark some controversy. Also others from the region who are still alive in 1950 and elsewhere, i.e. in the new Western parts of Poland or who have escaped to the west/Israeli etc now have their younger double alive. Which is going to cause a fair bit of confusion and chaos. Since the area ISOTed in is from 1930 its going to be lead by the former Polish dictator Marshall Polsudski.
I can't see Stalin not invading and the Poles not fighting. If only because of the total confusion and the latter not realising how powerful the former currently are. You could see a number of people from 1950 W Poland moving in to give advice and assistance but they won't be able to help much.

The Polish army of 1930 is not the Polish Army of 1939, yes they will resist but i have no doubt the Soviets will move in fast, also looking at the map, there is going to be Polish 1950 territory which was former Germany left. Physical map of the Second Polish Republic Border changes of Poland after World War II
