Nice to see SAC still alive in this Orbat, always felt sad to see the SAC being disestablished.

The Union Army, Airborne Troops and Naval Infantry are huge.
Its a ninety-three division force (and sixteen brigades), which is a big drop from what it was at the end of the Cold War, but still massive. These d not include Cadre units with no personnel assigned and to be formed from the many storage bases.
A good chunk of this force will be either in rebel hands or destroyed in civil war fighting during Feb-July 1994 too.

The decommissioning started before the POD and with the ships sent to the reserve fleet. They were a massive drain on manpower, The Union retreated in within its borders during 1992 to 1994, negating the need for a massive fleet by the US Navy to challenge the global spread as seen by the Soviets in the late Cold War.
However, it is likely that at least two of them will be pulled out when the US goes full mobilisation during July 94. There's a couple of carriers too, plus a whole load of other warships, will have be readying with haste to see action. Where to use them when they come on-line will be limited though! The Union Navy is finished and its coastline is shrinking.

I assume the British Armed forces in 1994 are bigger than OTL 1994.
