I have always wanted to mix timelines, especially with Twilight 2000 characters or NPCs. Imagine, an M1 versus a Tiger, the character group at Bull Run (I would put them on the Union side, but it's your call), in New York during the American Revolution, etc.

There is a The Twilight Zone episode called The 7th Is Made Up of Phantoms where United States Army National Guard soldiers from 1964 are send back to 1876 and take part in the Battle of the Little Bighorn where they die as they did not bring their tank into battle which could have change the battle. |
