Thank you for your points, stevep . Maybe I should make a separate thread for this, given how much promise this scenario shows thus far.
Up to you but depends on how far you think it might run. We had the British Dominions to 21 AD but it was only the two of us and not sure how much detail either of us would want to go into on that or the Putin/Lenin one?
Noted. Otherwise, '2013 Germany To 13 A.D.'

Well that's going to be more dramatic in some ways. The German lands west of the Rhine were an important part of the Roman border positions so that will be a source of conflict. Also at this point there are ancient German tribes to their east and SE which will also be causes of tension. Germany is more deeply involved as it has extensive land borders with Rome and other powers and will also be impacted by the loss of trade and other exchanges with its 2021 neighbours.
Also in 13AD this is the penultimate year of Augustus's reign which could add some complications as not sure what sort of mental state he was in by then. [Know he was painted as senile in Graves's Claudius but how accurate that would be I don't know. Also this was not long after the 9AD disaster under Varus so checking in 14-16AD Germanicus was campaigning in Germany with 8 legions, about a third of the entire army so if this is gone its a huge military blow to the empire. [Although admittedly if they can avoid war with Germany - which could be a big if under the circumstances - they do have a safer border in the Rhine area. Mind you both Rome and Germany still have the problem of the Batavarians] Mind you just reading further in 13AD Tiberius was also campaigning in the region so possibly Augustus has lost both his heir [Tiberius] and the next in line [Germanicus] which would cause somewhat of a crisis for the succession. Was that why you picked this date?
Germany has a larger population and industrial base than Britain - although not the case when including the dominions demographically. However it has a more exposed position and lacks the resource base the dominions especially provide. It does mean if it so decides it has room for expansion to the east and also into parts of the Hungarian plain say even without any clash with Rome. A lot would depend on what they decide.

'Humans Have Extreme Regeneration Capabilities'. As in, the ability to successfully regrow lost appendages and organs, among other things that we otherwise can't do.

Is this just concerning physical 'shock' damage or might it include greater resistance to disease and poisons say? Also would it include nerve tissue in which case does it affect aging or senility related problems?
Also would it be tied to an individuals genetic code? In which case you could have a nasty down side for some people. If their born with a genetic deformity which can be treated, then the treatment might be negated by the deformity regenerating itself.
Definitely an interesting idea. Considered possible things like this before, especially as our knowledge of genetics expands.

'Modern TV Channels Start Airing On 1981 TVs'.
That would be interesting. Especially since IIRC you basically had buttons for each of the 4 channels available in the UK at the time. As such most people won't know about the new options. If you can twiddle the nobs to return them people will start finding them but especially without any knowledge of what's available, both in terms of channels and scheduled a lot of people won't find much use for them.
If it includes news from the modern day then its going to cause a lot of confusion and disbelief. Both in terms of some of the people and policies that are gaining power and the sheer level of venom as well as things such as the collapse of the Soviet empire, the decline of Japan and the rise of China and of Islamic reactionaries and the sort of horrors both the latter are causing.
Would it also include channels that people have to pay for, such as Skye and the like?

Yeah, pretty much everything comes along for the ride. I suppose that to ameliorate the problem you're describing, ASB should give each TV a corresponding remote, with instructions on how to use it and what the big idea is in an overall sense. But yeah, awe-inspiring range of content and portrayed technological developments aside, all the future political upheaval is bound to release butterflies en masse.

' WW1 Veterans Resurrected As They Were In 1918'. Not much goinf to change here as Germany with the entry of the United States was at the end of the rope.

I meant they'd be resurrected at the start of 2021, which is over a century after the Great War ends. So yeah, the war's outcome doesn't change at all, though their arrival still has massive implications in the here and now.

Namely, the younger versions of Hitler, Mussolini, Tojo, de Gaulle, and Churchill--all of whom became decisive leaders in a war that has long overshadowed the last one. What other WW1 veterans think of how an even bigger, more brutal war followed only a few decades later is another pertinent discussion topic, I'd think.

Even then, Churchill was probably a dick by modern standards, though I'm less sure about de Gaulle.
