The latter two planets became close copies of the Earth in all physical and biological aspects except shape of the continents and a lack of sapient life. Venus and Mars got all the necessary adjustments to remain Earthlike on a geological scale. Much the same way, the Moon became the smaller twin of the Earth in everything but size, landscape, and lack of humans. The entity adjusted the Moon’s mass and orbit to make it able to keep a breathable atmosphere and an Earthlike climate in the long term. They also enacted various changes to make other celestial bodies in the Solar System, such as Mercury and the large Jovian, Saturnian, and Neptunian moons, as favorable as possible to human colonization, although not to the point of full terraforming.
Much like the other changes they enacted for human civilization, the entity changed memories and documentary evidence about the previous status of these celestial bodies to hide immediate proof of their recent meddling. However, they did not mind leaving various subtle clues behind to suggest the existence of advanced alien entities that may have visited and meddled with the Solar System in the past.
