In 1934-35 the Dutch suddenly start supporting Nazis and in January 1935 mass protests topple Dutch government and demand annexation by Germany. In February 1935 The Netherlands is annexed by Germany.
Does addition of Dutch East Indies add much to German economy?

It kind of makes ABDA impossible, renders Australia even more important and guarantees Rotterdam flat as a pancake when the RAF gives it the works. Either the British or the Americans move on the DEI immediately to prevent the Japanese from profiting thereby. Most likely the Americans. Germany might get a better submarine out of the deal, but otherwise ZILCH.
