Well, I'm guessing it'll be easier for the likes of the UK to dissolve their monarchies than for the US to establish its own. In the latter case, I think the candidates would be especially hard to find (aside from crowning Trump or something, which is probably too political for the ASB board). True, but for countries who had monarchies in the past (if they have one claim to the throne) it will be easy. Alright. I suppose Russia could track down its most recent Tsar's descendants and coronate them, with Vladimir Putin becoming Prime Minister once again. How China would justify bringing back its monarchy when communism is diametrically opposed to hereditary titles (at least in theory), I'm unsure. But Chairman Xi doesn't strike me as the kind of person who'd want to be upstaged, meaning that at best, the new Chinese monarch would probably be a ceremonial figurehead and puppet for the real ruling elite.

Well the long live Tsar George I of Russia

I think the solution in China would be fairly simple, at least if Xi having any say. He simply makes himself emperor. There are precedents for low ranking [in aristocratic terms] leaders of rebellions to make themselves the head of a new dynasty. Putin might also try a similar thing in Russia although you could have a Romanov candidate also being considered.
France could be an interesting case as do you have a Bourbon take the throne, a member of the junior Orleans branch which OTL took over when the last Bourbon was deposed or a Bonaparte?

Well unless you also include eternal youth or at least they don't age any further that would be very cruel. Mind you there are enough jokes in Britain about Prince Charles frustration at having been the heir in waiting for 60+ years so if the queen became immortal that would probably get even worse.

True, but lets say all of them become 21 year of age. Also soon every king and queen in Europe will be younger than Prince Charles, it started with the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and soon Sweden, Norway and Denmark will join.

That would be a bit of a shock, especially for Charles and if it doesn't affect consorts as well Philip. So we have potential eternal monarchs who are likely to struggle to keep up with changing times and also will see everybody they care about eventually age and die.
Have you ever read Robert Heinlein's Lazarus Long series as the central character there ends up with this issue. Read I think it was the 2nd book, Time Enough for Love, albeit a long time ago. Also a couple of more recent books the last decade or so. Must be distinctly soul destroying if your not a total sociopath.

‘Tiger I’s Become Panzer VIII Maus’s In 1942’. There is no bridge on the Western Front who can handle a Maus. Thus by 1942 there will be now 78 Panzer VIII Maus’s in service with both the SS and Heer.

Or at least, conquer less territory due to Maus tanks being way too heavy for bridges?

No, i think we will see more Panzer IVs and Panzer V Panthers being produced, the Maus while being the biggest tank is not the only wasteful project the Germans field, just look at the Jagdtiger, Elefant and Sturmtiger, these vehicles where not needed, but where build. The Maus will most likely be used as mobile fortes in places where they can have a clear rate of fire and do not need to move much.

Is there a bridge anywhere at this time that could handle a Maus? Plus their so slow that it would be a pointless weapon, especially since its likely to be taken out by air power.
In one way it might help the Germans. As you say there's very few Tiger's in existence at this point so new ones will be produced and the Germans will probably see how pointless the Maus was and hence, provided they can find a way of quietly ignoring Hitler, no long put resources into the project, Although as you say there were plenty of other wonder weapons they wasted huge resources on so its likely not to make much difference.

So we will see instead of the heavy tank battalions (German: "schwere Panzerabteilung") that fielded in OTL the Tiger I, and later Tiger IIs, we could see 2 super heavy tank battalions (German: "Super schwere Panzerabteilung") now if the Heer is wise they dump those two battalions to the SS for use.
