By the way, how would an Albanian Socialist Republic look like in Tito's Yugoslavia? In this scenario, Enver Hoxha was arrested by Koci Xoxe after a power struggle, and Xoxe requested annexation to Yugoslavia in which it was accepted.

However, due to how Yugoslavia was structured, Kosovo was not given to the Albanian Socialist Republic. Efforts to at least turn Kosovo something similar to Bosnia-Herzegovina failed. 

By the time of the Yugoslav breakup, Tirana wants to bring Kosovo with them. Belgrade calls it a land-grab. A war ensued.
