Ottomans and Timurid Persians are screwed. Mughals do not exist.

The rest of the world devotes themselves to advancing their technology. China benefits from this a lot.

A few Iraqis would try to secretly vaccinate the Native Americans. Even if their efforts are only somewhat successful it still would greatly change the outlook for Native Americans for the better

The world is much more secular. Saddam's Iraq is actually kinda secular.
