This includes those that historically join the Allies later on like the US, China (technically), Romania and Italy.
German advance into Belgium is now much more difficult since the Allied Airforce dominates the skies
Wondering how much more successful Russia's offensive is against Austria-Hungary. Would Gallipoli still occur?

Just to clarify I assume that you mean they have 1918 types and levels of equipment but still their 1914 forces? Also that their trained to use those new weapons [possibly with 1918 doctrines as well?] and that industry is modified to produce the quantities of munitions and spares etc to supply the armies? Does it also include the assorted allied navies?
Not just the air power, which will be a lot more formidable. The BEF will still be quite small compared to the other armies but a lot more firepower and abilities in terms of things like counter-battery fire. The French with their large army are going to be even more dangerous for the Germans. If their still committed to a massive offensive in the south then it could still be very costly for them but if they use the firepower available they might also inflict a hell of a lot of damage to the Germans and their defences. If you assume that the allies have 1918 doctrine and tactics as well as equipment then the German army is going to have a very bad time.
With Russia the issue might be that by 1-1-1918 the Russian army was in a dire state in terms of morale and equipment so not sure how much better their 1914 counter-parts would be equipped? However having a well equipped Italy, Serbia and Romania in the war from the start, although with also Greece presumably, its going to be very bad for Austria-Hungary and I can't see Bulgaria joining the CPs in those circumstances. Turkey could well decide to stay neutral once they see what happens to Germany and A-H. This war might be just about all over by Christmas 1914.

1914 forces AND doctrines. All branches of the Allied Militaries Tanks and Combat Planes didn't exist in 1914 in Real Life
