What if FPJ was disqualified after the elections in 2004 prior to June 30 in favor of GMA making Hello Garci moot.

Yes, but here she will be known to have better legitimacy than that she did IOTL, FPJ had disqualification cases when he ran I remember. Although here, GMA would remain openly Anti-Marcos here and she would criticize the resets that PNoy had done. Her only significant issue would be the ZTE-NBN deal.

Come by summer 2005 the Hello Garci case gets brought up in Congress. I don't see much difference ongoing here though since GMA was not ousted after this scandal. She would still be anti-Marcos and proceed her foreign policy of honoring the alliance with the U.S. and her economic deals with China. ZTE would still occur, along with a similar coup by Trillanes.

Here, PNoy and Villar would likely ally and Villar might not run as well as the Nacionalista and Liberal will be allies due to Cory and PNoy's policy of reset with the Marcoses being carried through on his term and the Anti-Reconciliation camp will be under GMA, and later Binay, if Leni still runs she will be under GMA and Binay instead, although here after PNoy's term the Anti-Marcos camp would completely switch over to GMA and Binay's camp and the people who are for reconciliation, marcos allies, and the marcoses themselves would form another faction against the Anti-Marcos.

The ZTE deal gives the Americans an advantage over the Chinese as the Americans can spy using the infrastructure given by the Chinese as it is connected to China.
