Its been a while, do not know if i am still able to write AH timeline but i will try if anybody has interest in it. It will use a lot of my Kingdom of the Netherlands : a alternate star trek timeline, mixed with the For All Mankind universe and OTL and what i can think of. So here is the start. 1963November 21st 1963President Kennedy get the flu and has to cancel his visit to Dallas, Texas. December 10th 1963Chuck Yeager dies after his parachutes fails to deploy he is forces to parachute from a NF-104A rocket-augmented aerospace trainer when his aircraft goes out of control at 108,700 feet (nearly 21 miles up) and crashes.

January 3rd 1964
United States President Kennedy gives his third State of the Union Address.
United States Senator Barry Goldwater of Arizona announced that he would seek the Republican nomination for President of the United States. Goldwater said in a statement that "I have not heard from any announced Republican candidate a declaration of conscience or of political position that could possibly offer to the American people a clear choice in the next presidential election," and added that "I will not change my beliefs to win votes. I will offer a choice, not an echo.
January 9th 1964
Armed clashes between United States troops and Panamanian civilians in the Panama Canal Zone precipitate a major international crisis, resulting in the deaths of 21 Panamanians and 4 United States soldiers.
January 10th 1964
President of Panama, Roberto Chiari, breaks of diplomatic relations with the United States as result of the armed clashes which saw 21 Panamanians death.
January 15th 1964
President of Panama, Roberto Chiari, declares that Panama will not re-establish diplomatic ties with the United States until it agreed to open negotiations on a new treaty
January 22nd 1964
United States President Kennedy and Canada's Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson signed an agreement at the White House, establishing the jointly-operated Roosevelt Campobello International Park at the former summer home of the late President Franklin Roosevelt in New Brunswick.
The United States Joint Chiefs of Staff sent a classified memorandum to United States Defense Secretary Robert S. McNamara, urging an expansion of United States involvement in the Vietnam War, advocating heavy bombing of North Vietnam, and deployment of troops in South Vietnam for an eventual invasion of the North.

February 4th 1964
In a ceremony at the White House, the Twenty-fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution was officially certified, 12 days after it had been ratified by the 38 states. Bernard L. Boutin, the Administrator of General Services signed the certificate as required by law, and United States President Kennedy signed as a witness to the amendment, which outlawed the poll tax in federal elections.

Nikita Khrushchev is deposed as leader of the Soviet Union. Leonid Brezhnev and Alexei Kosygin assume power.

President Kennedy defeats Republican challenger Barry Goldwater with an overwhelming percent of the popular vote.

April 24th 1965
In the Dominican Republic, officers and civilians loyal to deposed President Juan Bosch mutiny against the right-wing junta running the country and set up a provisional government. Forces loyal to the deposed military junta stage a countercoup the next day and civil war breaks out, although the new government retains its hold on power.

United States troops are sent to the Dominican Republic by President Kennedy, "for the stated purpose of protecting US citizens and preventing an alleged Communist takeover of the country", thus thwarting the possibility of "another Cuba"

Martin Luther King Jr. while leading a civil rights march in Chicago, is killed when a shot if fired from a white mob. As word of the death of Martin Luther King Jr. spreads through Chicago, residents explode in anger, burning and looting stores by the hundreds and attacking non-black passers-by. Governor of Illinois, Otto Kerner Jr. complies with Mayor of Chicago Richard J. Daley's request to send in the Illinois National Guard.

On the third day of the Chicago Riot, the younger brother of Martin Luther King Jr., Baptist minister and civil rights activist A. D. King makes an emotional plea for peace, appearing before TV cameras to ask in a trembling voice, "This is now what my brother wanted?"

In Chicago the citywide curfew enacted at the height of the violence is lifted.

Richard Paul Pavlick, a 79-year old retired postal worker who had attempted to assassinate President-elect John F. Kennedy on December 11, 1960, released from a mental hospital in his home state of New Hampshire is denied (OTL: with President John F. Kennedy still alive and president, it was decided to keep Richard Paul Pavlick in the mental hospital unlike OTL when he was released).
December 23rd 1966
The destroyer USS O'Brien (DD-725) is sunk when shells fired from North Vietnam's shore batteries hit here depth charges. 224 of here 336 crewmen are killed making it the worst lose of the United States Navy sins the end of World War II (OTL: USS O'Brien only suffers two death).
