What if Pakistan had a smaller military following the partition, the Awami League, (who were the actual winners of the 1950 election) could be seen taking control. These were based in modern day Bangladesh and having them maintain in office would have resulted in the centre of administration being in Bangladesh. So Pakistan would have been a part of Bangladesh rather than the other way around. What would have happened if it was East & west Bangladesh rather than east and west Pakistan?

A West dominated Bangladesh is a much weaker position than a East Bangladesh as the West is complete surrounded by India and thus if it faces any conflict it can be total blockaded by India. |

Well not completely surrounded as there's a short border with Myanmar but largely so. Also being smaller and with very flat terrain its vulnerable to both Indian attack and also bad weather with a long history of problems with typhoons and river flooding even without climate change.

Thus i see a East Bangladesh (Pakistan) rising op sooner than what West Bangladesh did in OTL. |

You're forgetting Bangladesh has a coast and a larger population than Pakistan. Still is more isolated than West Bangladeshi. |

A smaller army needs to avoid the Kashmir issue entirely and that means changing India's independence a bit so that it removes Nehru and makes Sardar Patel the prime minister.
The problem is that Pakistan is dominated by the Punjab, and they will not accept the Bengalis as their chiefs
So you need Muhammad Ali Jinnah to live for the betterment of Bengalis

I would expect the west Bangladeshi to split off sooner rather than later. As far as I know the two countries had very little in common other than culture and being that far apart also didn't help. It wouldn't really matter which one would be the centre of the edifice because it would lack the coherency to stick together without a lot of outside force.

Nehru is a Kashmiri and will not accept seeing his ancestral homeland in Pakistan Patel is a pragmatist and he will not care about Kashmir (like most of the Indian National Congress) So avoiding the dominance of the army needs to make Kashmir Pakistani and that means no Indo-Pakistani wars which caused the rise of the army |
