Clearly Nobunaga has a much easier time unifying his clan and later becoming Shogun of Japan. Whether this prevents his assassination or Hideyoshi still takes over is anyone's guess
This will have tremendous effect on Japan's postwar recovery and its invasion of Korea. Both Nobunaga and Hideoyoshi wanted to invade Korea and China.
I doubt Japan would enter a period of isolation this time around and it alongside China and Korea would focus more of their money and political will to push technological developnent to its limits
