In 1815 via an ASB intervention Russia adopts the Napoleonic Civil Code, abolishing serfdom and paving the way for a modern society.

What are consequences for Russia and the world given that Russia now develops economically much faster than OTL?

A stronger Russia means even weaker Ottoman Empire. Which means that if as n ATL equivalent of the Crimean War takes place, it is going to be a Russian victory with a much higher likelyhood.

This is a ASB over a ASB, why, Russia fought and won against the Napoleon invasion in 1812, having them adopt this is ASB over ASB type of thread that does not make sense, even with the ASB help.
