On 2016, Mar Roxas would win in the elections as president with Francis Escudero winning as Vice President and congratulated Hillary on her win in 2016.
On 2022, Bongbong Marcos would win in the elections as president with Camarines Sur Governor, Leni Robredo as Vice President and was congratulated by President Mike Pence on their win[1].
1. ITTL Leni runs as Governor of Camarines Sur not as VP running mate of Mar Roxas and she would be an open ally of the Arroyos, it is Chiz Escudero that wins the VP race in 2016 and Duterte loses the 2016 elections.

I think the Arroyos via Macalintal are using Leni to get rid of the Marcoses and Dutertes to repair GMA's reputation since she is the Legal Winner of 2004 elections because FPJ is disqualified but the courts unconstitutionally ruled that he can run and FPJ was said to have wanted to have BBM as his own VP, these stuff would have effects in this timeline. |

There's really no way for GMA to repair her already-damaged reputation. Hello Garci, ZTE, and whatever corruption her administration had simply won't fade into memory. Plus, she also served some jail time and in OTL, became the Speaker of the House of Representatives around the late 2010s. Alas, the cycle of corrupt/jailed politicians running for public office continues to plague the Philippines to this day. Going back to the discussion, if Hillary Clinton won in 2016, progressives and left-leaning liberals here in the Philippines would celebrate it. However, tankies and Gabriela would still be against any form of American influence in the Philippines, whether it is a Democrat or a Republican sitting in the White House. On the defense and security issue, Hillary Clinton is going to continue Washington's stance on the South China Sea issue, EDCA, and the MDT. |

Hello Garci She can still repair her reputation about the cheating in 2004 because she is the Constitutional Winner in that election since FPJ is not qualified to run but not the NBN/ZTE deal and the other corruption during her term. |

If GMA helps to install Leni due to the cheating of 2022 and the disqualification of Marcos via EDSA, Delima is screwed since the cases filed by PNoy's admin against GMA were weak enough to free her after PNoy's term and did not grant GMA a right to have treatment and the Harsh treatment of PNoy's admin against GMA will be likely used against Delima.
They were already warned by MDS earlier, that what they are doing is political persecution...

On June 2016, Manuel Araneta Roxas would be sworn as the 16th president of the Philippines and have believed that he was cheated by Binay in the 2010 elections and became the president at last and the winner as the Vice President is Francis Escudero.
Just prior to his win it has been proven that he has been cheated of the Vice Presidency by Jejomar Binay but he would not be able to assert his victory as it has been last minute but he would show it in the history books that it is him that have won and he would have been vindictive against the Binays in his administration however that would mean that Binays and the Arroyos would ally with each other during his administration.
Mar Roxas would continue the programs of his predecessor and party mate, Noynoy Aquino and continued his reset of relations with the Marcoses and talked with Louise Marcos during the first year of his term which would anger some Anti-Marcos.

Political Fanatics don't research the personalities they are following like the fact that Glenn Chong is actually in Peping's circle and even was in the news with Tingting Cojuangco and Leni is in good terms with GMA and FVR which has already been shown in the news...and their fanatics ignore those facts.

Wasn't Duterte bound to win in 2016 regardless who the U.S. President was? Consider this was at the time of the populist wave in the U.S. and Europe and since the Philippines is often conflated as part of the Western world, it's no surprise we were part of it.
This also comes in the backdrop of the flaws that happened in the time of the Liberal Party including the Manila Hostage Crisis, the tensons with China over the Scarborough Shoal, the Typhoon Haiyan mishap, and the SAF 44.

Why she won the presidential election
On 2010-2011, Hillary Clinton would start initiatives to prevent the spread of another virulent strain of H1N1 even though the next events would be detrimental to her run, but she would be the president herself in 2016 as she has proven her own worth in running as President due to the prevention of the spread of H1N1.
Mar Roxas would win in 2016 as he would have proven his worth by displaying himself as a unifying candidate and the fact that PNoy prevented the spread of the virulent strain of H1N1 by blocking travel for a certain time although he would be hated by some and that would show during his own term as he has been shown to be said to be a neoliberal president to some and betraying the cause of the Aquinos.
