Let's set the scene, it's January 1st, 2018 at 1:00 am and everyone is sleeping after celebrating the beginning of the year. As they sleep they are awoken by a weird earthquake that causes power to be temporarily cut off, seeing skies turn slowly from night to day, and roads replaced with wilderness.
They slowly realize that they are no longer in 2018 but in the year 1865 during the era of the Wild West, right after the American Civil War.
