In 1950 both Venus and Mars get an atmosphere and climate fully capable of supporting earthly (including human) life.
What do US and USSR do? Except that the space race getting even more fierce than OTL?
I expect many more probes to be sent to Mars and Venus in 1960s and 70s and a manned mission to either of them in the 1980s.
Then (assuming USSR collapses as OTL) what happens to the martian and venusian territories?

The Soviets will do the TMK-MAVR, wich was the Soviet TMK mission to Mars which also will involved a flyby of Venus on the return voyage.
