I think the Austrians would be weakened from the loss of Bohemia. What do you think the future of Austria would be like?

There were some problems of clashes between Frederick V's devout Calvinism and the predominately Lutherism of the bulk of the Bohemian population at the time with Frederick being apparently pretty clumsy in his behaviour. However provided that this doesn't become a major problem then there would be peace for a while and since Bohemia was very wealthy at the time it would be a big boost to the Protestant cause and a blow to the Hapsburg's economy and prestige. Also since both Bohemia and Frederick's Palatinate kingdom were both electorates it makes him potentially a probable winner of any future imperial election.
I suspect it would only delay a major war for a period of time as between the Reformation - further boosted by this success - and the Catholic Counter-Reformation and the fear of that latter that their losing too much ground, both territoriality and religiously some conflict is almost certain. It could be as a result of the next imperial election or some other trigger.
How such a war might go is pretty much impossible to tell but if Bohemia had a real defensive army, which it could easily support coupled with the terrain it would be a tough target for a Catholic/Hapsburg invasion.
The other issue of course is what the Muslim world, which for Europe basically means the Ottoman empire and its vassals in the Barbary states, does. If it uses a divided Christianity to concentrate on wars with Persia say then that makes more likely a religious war in central Europe. If it sees such division as a source of weakness and decides its time to strike west then geography is most likely to mean the target is the Catholic realms, in Italy and Hapsburg lands in southern Germany and western Hungary. The Ottomans are passed their peak but still very powerful so a lot depends on what the Protestant powers, which are likely to be less than united themselves do.
Another potential wild card is France as does either Catholic intolerance or Protestant confidence end the fragile settlement Henri IV imposed with his Edict of Nantes. That could either trigger a wider war itself or simply take France out of play in any wider conflict. OTL the Catholic repression under Louis XIV suppressed the Protestants but caused serious division and internal weakness.

Bohemian victory means a more powerful Protestsnt block which possibly means a different 30 Years War?

Or did you mean a different Bohemian revolt? There were the Hussite wars, Otakar Przemysl...

The Ethnic Poles who are Protestants in Silesia actually preferred Poland over Bohemia, this might cause the Ethnic Poles who are Catholics and Protestants in Silesia to prefer Poland over Bohemia ITTL...IOTL the Catholic Poles in Silesia are more pro-Habsburg/Bohemia.

With Success of Bohemia revolt, will have serious consequence for Habsburg First it would weaken the Austrian branch of Habsburg ! Special there role in holy roman empire of German Nation Since there substitute the Emperor for it With this the nobility voters, could choice another candidate (who was number two in holy roman empire of German Nation ?) what could have tremendous results if this candidate is protestant !
Follow more serious problems for Spanish branch, about Netherlands since Army of Ambrogio Spinola is bounded or worst defeated in Bohemia. the Netherlands could make up rise against there Spanish overlords, who in return have spend more money for Army to get situation under control in Netherlands
with this other could join the battle to weaken the Spanish, like France and Britain
