Here is an interesting Alternate History Challenge (AHC): Have both Ukraine and Belarus become permanently independent in a scenario where the Bolsheviks never come to power in Russia and in a scenario where Russia remains in World War I until the end of this war and doesn't lose any (major) wars after the end of World War I.

Indeed, any thoughts on this?
