So it seems that September 21st 1940 was correct, but September 20th 1940 was wrong, i have fix it, but will go back to make sure on other days if the are right as they schould be.
Lordroel
Still one problem with the updated 20th Sept post I'm afraid. It has the complaint about converting the Me 109's to fighter bomber role:-
However there's nothing following as the next thing is the image of the Spitfire.
No hurry with sorting it out, just letting you know.

Lordroel OK thanks. Just seen the message about you being back from hols and thought you had come back a while ago. Sorry to have mentioned so much while you were actually on holiday. Steve
No problem, even when on Holiday, the forum still needs to be admin, it seems that the trolls made some very big mistakes which i need to clean up, but i will do it with pleasure as will i always with responding to any post on the forum ore about any of the Real Time projects that are going on.
Lordroel
Odd as I just posted but it seemed to vanish? Unfortunately there's still one problem with the WWII post of the 20th Sept. You have assorted LW pilots complaining about being converted to fighter bomber role, i.e.
but the next thing is the image of the Spitfire. No hurry in fixing it but just to let you know.
PS Ignore this duplication. I did refresh but looks like it too a minute or two to appear. Had posted and seen your reply to my previous one but not what I had just written. Sorry for the confusion.

Generally no clear problems I can see. I do know that tomorrow is a bad day for the RN Channel Patrol, or as it was already being called before the massacre the "Live Bait Squadron". There are doubtlessly some other nasty events elsewhere but that's the one I'm aware of, especially since your already pre-warned us.

But you can post in the threads if you like, this thread is more for general stuff like when my Trolls screw up again ore projects that i am planning ore working on.

Lordroel In today's WWII entry you have
I suspect there's an error here, probably in the original quote your referencing as that height is way beyond what ordinary a/c would be flying at and quite possibly beyond any a/c of the time. Its ~55,000 feet - which I'm more familiar with and normal air combat in this period was below about 20,000 feet and often lower than that. Suspect it might be he was down to 1800m after some dogfight, or possibly he's actually quoting feet for some reason but speculating here.

Lordroel I'm a bit concerned about something in the WWI thread today. You have The only reference I can find to Ivangorod is a town and fortress on the Estonia-Russian border so that is pretty far away and Moscow even further. Should this be some reference to Warsaw say?
Also while posting here there's no WWII thread yet. If your aware and there's been some delay no problem. However I know you normally post very early and the WWI and "this day" threads are here so just in case for some reason its slipped your mind.
Thanks
Steve

No problem. I hoop you are also going to be interested in the Cuban Missile Crisis in real time that is coming in three weeks time, it looks good and i hoop everybody who reads it also will like it. I think the Spanish-America War will be on hold for now, seems it does not have daily events going on, so i am trying to find new wars that have daily events which i can make a project of.

Possibly the Korean war, or the 6 Days or Yom Kippur wars as their all fairly recent and hence have a fair bit of information about them? That's if your really interested in having another projects alongside the three current ones. Can't really think of another conflict that involves a western power - and hence we have a lot of info on - since WWII. Possibly also the Suez conflict in 1956?
Makes me think does the "this day in history" thread end after a year? If not is much of it repeating what they posted the year before or just new stuff? [Probably has already gone over a year. Checking you started it with 16-11-18 so presumably we will soon find out.

The Yom Kippur wars might be a interesting idea, already have done the 6 day war which i find to be one of my good short real time projects, do not think i will be doing anything longer than a year projects as i already am doing 2 projects well until 2023. Also thinking about the Football War, the Austria Civil War, those wars you do not hear much about, i like those. The this day in history" thread will end on November 15th, a day before November 16th which is the first day with which i began this project.
