What if undead Roman legions rise up in present time. Exactly how many undead Roman troops are we talking about, from what timespan do they come from, and what geographic area are they resurrected across? Also, are the undead Romans zombie-like creatures, or ghosts, or whatever other supernatural entities?

Think all those who died in battle, do not know how much by most likely in the tens of thousands.

Do they behave like mindless zombies, confused human soldiers who've found themselves thousands of years into the future, or somewhere in between?
Given the fact that they're a horde of undead monstrosities, I doubt that ordinary civilians, nearby law enforcement or the military will take kindly to them suddenly springing up to wreck havoc in a world that they don't understand. There will probably be the nutty scientist or historian who wants clemency for the resurrected Romans, but they'll likely be in the minority at first.
On the other side of the aisle, I wonder what the religious folks will think. Some will probably screech to "Kill them with fire!" and interpret it as a sign of the End Times, while others are more cautious and--dare I say--likely to advocate for mercy, Pope Francis chief among them, probably.

They are undead who do undead things, killing people I think.

They are undead who do undead things, killing people I think. True. Add the fact that they've been resurrected into an era that none of them will understand, and they'll probably go rather crazy. Especially given the barbaric practices that they'd have thought of pretty normal in life but are now condemned as war crimes and human rights abuses in general. Further, they'd presumably cling onto their traditions as a coping mechanism in this for-all-intents-and-purposes alien world that has long moved on without them.
There's also the millennia-long language barrier to overcome. Even being generous by assuming that they retain human intelligence and communication faculties, I'm unsure how accurate and comprehensive our uptimer reconstruction of ancient Latin is. Plus, there are various concepts that they frankly have no equivalent to, i.e. recent technologies like TV and internet.

I do not think undead Roman soldiers who look death have any issues, they are a war machine who kills just because they can, so can you kill a undead person.

Well, they'd wreck havoc for a short while and probably kill some civilians before getting mowed down by law enforcement and military forces, if it's brought in.

Well their going to be all over most of southern and western Europe including the Balkans, virtually all the middle east, at least as far as Iraq and with some in OTL Iran and across most/all of N Africa. Other than for major battle sites, if its soldiers killed in combat your going to have men scattered all over the place who died in skirmishes and the like.
If you accept the argument about some of the prisoners taken by the Parthians at Carrhae were later deployed to the eastern reaches of the Parthian empire and then some captured in clashes with the Han empire you could see a few zombies being found that far east. Also by Roman do you include the later eastern Roman aka Byzantium empire in which case you will have even more in other areas.
Rather a pity their zombies as it would be interesting if they were resurrected as living people. Still going to be a lot of clashes where there are large numbers of them and either civil disorder or autocratic governments but we could learn a lot about various periods of the empire from people who were there.

If and when he gets his bearings in order (i.e. financial stability and somewhere to stay), I wonder if he'd join the hippie-dippie crowd that was protesting the Vietnam War and championing the Sexual Revolution at the time. Heh, maybe he'd become one of its token "cool old guys" in the process.
